They have been so over the top with playing up the friendship between Ambrose and Reigns that it almost makes me think this might happen. It accomplishes so many things.

Exactly. Sacrifice your end shot of Roman holding the title high in the air as Mania goes off the air, in order for you to have your next 6 months (which are proven to be the down period, the laziest time for writers) essentially written out. They want Reigns vs Braun Strowman for the title in the future? Fucking seriously? Or would you rather have Ambrose/Reigns then Ambrose/Reigns/Rollins? MAKE PEOPLE WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NETWORK!!
-Ambrose can become the mega face that they so desperately need. The fans will accept that & be willing to cheer. -Even more so, they'll be willing to boo a heel Reigns. Especially one that's different from this cookie cutter babyface role he's been in. -Ambrose is your champ for 2-3 months. Reigns wins it, annihilates Ambrose in their "final showdown" during the summer. -Rollins comes back & you have a new FACE (Rollins, who will be cheered when he's back) to challenge your newer HEEL champ (Reigns). And you have Ambrose in the picture too.
Sad thing is, this makes way too much sense. They're so hell bent on Reigns as their champ when Mania ends, they're missing the bigger picture. Which is typical.

I didn't think it was as hard to watch as the Edge retirement.

Yeah that was literally no warning.
Bryan's felt like more of a celebration. Plus the fact that he'd been out for nearly a year.

As noted, Vince McMahon is currently on a 2015 WWE fourth quarter earnings conference call, and during the Q&A portion of the call Vince spoke about current WWE TV ratings.
Vince explained that the company is not as worried about TV ratings as they once were, and he added that while WWE TV ratings might be down, they are not as down as other shows which air on the same networks as WWE programming.
Vince said people just aren’t watching as much TV as they used to, and while TV is still important to WWE, with all the social and digital content they now have, people are consuming content when they want to as opposed to when it airs on TV, which is very important to WWE.
Vince noted WWE used to “live and die” by TV ratings, but those days are gone, and we are in a new era of media.

NoDQ.com > WWE > Possible reason why Titus grabbed Vince Posted by Aaron Rift on 02/11/2016 at 04:22 PM
ProWrestlingSheet.com reports that Titus O'Neil was only trying to be polite when he saw Vince McMahon and Stephanie exiting side-by-side at the end of the Daniel Bryan retirement segment. According to sources, Titus explained to management that grabbing Vince's arm was a gesture to indicate "ladies first" so Stephanie could exit the stage first and it was meant to be done in a playful manner.
As previously noted, the suspension was originally for 90 days but reduced to 60 days.

Looking at that video, if you didn't know previously, there would be no way in knowing what he injured.

I'm not even going to lie, this is pretty great. Stardust isn't going to get on the Mania card any other way, not as long as he's Stardust. Can't believe I'm saying this, but hopefully this leads to Stardust/Arrow at Mania and that's the last we see of Stardust, leading to a return of Cody. Also loved how they involved Eden, she's great. Cody looks like he's really having fun with this too, which, aside from losing all the time on TV, it's pretty cool to see.

This was pretty great, too bad the character doesn't come across on TV as solid as this did. I think Cody is getting better with time as Stardust, and there's a way to add edge to his mostly comedy character. I'm not sold on his TV appearances, but I blame the writers. Cody will do whatever to get over and is super talented, remember when he was moonsaulting off the cage at house shows?!?!

Freebirds going in to the Hall of Fame this year... ...including Jimmy Garvin. The Freebirds are one of the reasons I love wrestling. Their epic feuds with the Von Erichs in WCCW were easily some of my all time favorite memories. In fact they are probably the reason that I always liked heels better than faces. And for the record, Jimmy Garvin had nothing to do with any of that. The Freebirds to me were Hayes, Gordy and Roberts.

Agreed.
The Freebirds were THE top heels to me when I was watching wrestling as a yute.
Then Jimmy Garvin happened.

NoDQ.com > WWE > Breaking news: Barrett reportedly leaving WWE Posted by Aaron Rift on 02/16/2016 at 03:22 PM
ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that Wade Barrett has given notice to WWE. According to sources, Barrett will not be signing a new contract when it expires in a few months. It's believed that his contract expires in June and it's unknown what he has planned once he leaves the company.
It's believed that he wants to leave the company because he is not enjoying what his role has been.

Well, at least I got to see him win the King of the Ring! Wish he wasn't so injury prone, I like him in the ring.
He could do more outside of the company. Hopefully not TNA, but I wouldn't mind seeing him taking the route Drew Galloway did (aside from TNA). He's getting plenty of work.
Honestly, if he has been hurt, he should've been a manager. Not get dressed in his gear every week & barely do anything. Treat him like a manager instead of a wrestler who is just outside the ring.

Also the CW show concept looks fucking awesome. It should be for a championship though, not just the name itself.
We could get some great guys involved in this.

I really like the potential of this Cruiserweight deal. But it's limited excitement. I will be fine with it being a first stage for young, unsigned indy guys. Maybe Mysterio and some of the other old WCW guys get involved. What I don't want is a focus on guys like Kalisto. Younger guys that can be more. If you aren't going to make it a focus on the main roster, or NXT, don't saddle younger guys with limits.

LCW needs to get involved with the performance center. I really don't want to see his fat, washed up, prison tatted out ass come flying through the ropes in only the finest hefty bag pants money can buy. You have a shit ton of talent under contract and yet you have to drag this broke dick back.
Am I even understanding this correctly? I thought he was being brought back to the main roster. Is this CW thing its own entity....like another version of NXT that has nothing to do with the main roster and tv?

Then there's no expectations of it going anywhere.

If WWE actually brought back the Cruiserweight Title, they'd fuck it up within 3 months. Agreed. But it couldn't be worse than 90% of the main roster product. I wouldn't necessarily hold it under the EVOLVE name, but I would certainly talk about guys who came from or are from there. This could also be something to get a guy already on their roster more noticed. Like a Rich Swann, Biff Busick, and, I know they aren't officially signed, but Ciampa & Johnny Wrestling.
