First up in the fatal foursome of racing activities is the Bud Shootout....that they renamed to something lame.
There are 25 drivers in this deal and about 15 of them actually earned spots. Regardless, pick one of them by the time they drop the green flag. If your driver wins you get 10 pts. Now pick a 2nd driver that regardless of whether they win...can not get you the win. If both of your drivers finish in the top 5 you get 10 pts. If either one finishes top 5 you get 5 pts. If your 1st driver wins and your 2nd finishes top 5 you get 15. Glorious. Get picking and be ready to pick someone for qualifying the next day once I post the details of phase 2 of Daytona Domination.

Since these are back to back days for the Bud Shootout Memorial Shootout and qualifying I will throw up the rules for part 2 of the contest...Daytona 500 qualifying.
These are the A-list drivers again.....and once the Daytona Domination is over each race will have a normal page and format and not this craziness

Pick 1 driver out of the entire entry list which isn't even officially posted. If your driver wins the pole you get 10 points. The catch.......if you pick an A-list driver and they DO NOT start on the front row (finish 1st or 2nd in qualifying) you lose 5 pts. Worry not about picking outside the a-list as plenty of shitty cars have won the pole.

3. Daytona 500 Twin Duel qualifying races
4. Daytona 500
I had to Unveil part 2 as it happens 12 or so hours after part 1.

Event A Now you need to pick your qualifying driver Event B tuesday or so I will release details on the twin duels and you will make picks for that after the duels are over and we have a set field you will make your actual race picks. |

What event is it where your guy get's -5 points if he doesn't get the pole? the Sunday qualifying.... If you pick an a list driver and they don't finish 1 or 2 you lose 5. I'm trying to make the most useless and shitty event have meaning. If you pick anyone and they win the pole you get 10. If you pick anyone other than an a lister and they don't win or finish 2nd nothing happens. |

Yes.....Nascar and their brand whoring has led to them changing the name of everything multiple times over the last few years. I think we should just go vintage with everything. Craftsman Truck series, winston moss cup, busch series, Bud shootout....bud duels.
Its starting soon too!!! Mikey and Meyers are on with coverage right now!! Dear god....this clip with gordon is kind of old already.
