If anything this gives Shane more believable chance. If he loses, nothing changes & what, we still get Taker appearing once a year?
I honestly think this is it for Taker. Why would he come back to do one final Summerslam, one final Survivor Series, one final major feud with Brock. He literally has no one left to wrestle.
He'd be 52 by the time Mania 33 rolls around. After Taker lost to Brock, it really doesn't matter if Taker loses at Mania or who Taker loses to at Mania.
Go out in Texas, in the match he's synonymous for, against a guy he has never wrestled in a singles match (at least not on PPV, regardless if it's Shane). Vince thinks he has a sure thing, it's another way for Vince to have egg on his face.

2 weeks before Wrestle-fucking-Mania and that's how you end your show?
Awful. I'm sorry you chose this week to come back to comment during an episode Woodridge.

That is how RAW ended? This seemed like a show where there is like 6 weeks until the next PPV. Hardly anything that mattered took place in three hours.

They couldn't end that show fast enough.
I don't mean just I think it couldn't have ended fast enough ... in the fucking truck they couldn't wait to dump the show feed.
2 weeks out.
Really?

Yeah it was supposed to be Cena this year, but obviously that didn't happen. What would they do next year, the same thing? If Taker loses he has to retire. Doesn't have the same feel. Taker retiring in Orlando also doesn't have the same feel.
Edge & Christian's show is now on the Network. It's already infinitely better than tonight's Raw (with the exception of Owens/AJ)

I like JR's idea actually of Cena with the belt and Taker retiring on the line. Has Taker win. And then on Monday he comes out, lays the belt in the middle of the ring, tips his hat and walks out.

Yeah I suppose, not saying I wouldn't mind that, but everything Taker has done this past year just adds up perfectly for this to be his final match. Taker doesn't seem like the person who wants a bunch of bells or whistles to end his career. So this could be it.
I could absolutely be wrong, but I certainly see Taker leaving on a loss.
"Despite not being on the active roster, RVD is buried in Battle Creek, Michigan by tropical storm Trips." Haha I love this E&C show.

Meh I'm sick of Steph and Roman.
3/10 One for Reigns coming down the entrance ramp and one apiece for each of Steph's.......

It blew my mind that they gave away Owens/AJ on Smackdown and now they're doing it again. Oh well. I'll take it. That's pretty much a Wrestlemania kind of match.

LOVED the match between KO/AJ. 9/10 for the match (Can't give it 10/10 with a non finish but it was perfect for what it was.) 10/10 for Jericho's part. And they should've stopped right there because then it got a little long with everybody showing up. Plus it made me remember that JBL made a poodle joke during the match.
So overall a 7/10.

League of Nations have never done anything for me but somehow the New Day is keeping me fairly invested in the whole thing. I liked everything about that entire segment. The promo, the match and the shenanigans.
8/10
