Most that already saw it said this is the greatest 30 for 30 ever. It runs eight hours. Tonight at 8 PM Central on ABC, and the rest in two hour increments on ESPN. I'm watching.

I was so completely enthralled with the entire thing back in the day. I remember I was working at the Countryside Best Buy during the Bronco chase. We had it on every TV. I think on some TV's was the chase and on others was the NBA Playoffs. Maybe even the Finals. And I think on yet other TV's was a split screen of both events! I was pretty sure he was gonna kill himself that night. Wish he had.

The trial was so damn weird to me. Here you had a killer (allegedly) and we all pretty much knew it and yet many people I knew were pulling for him. It was so strange. I think most of it had to do with Marcia Clark and Chris Darden. They were extremely unlikable. They also made so many blunders that it was just embarrassing. Even still, no matter how unlikable they were, people were still pulling for a murderer over them. Sheesh.

It was very weird. Instead of watching a horrible case unfold it was like " lets get some popcorn and pick a side to root for" I was team OJ because in my mind I wanted to see the underdog pull it off.

All I'll say then is that the key to the trial for me (other than the much publicized blunder or two) was Barry Scheck. I think that was his name.
