I am still trying to understand all the dynamics of this betting pool. It's a six point teaser. You take two spreads or totals, and move them six points in your favor. You need to hit both to win. The odds are usually -110, which means you risk 110 to win 100. |

denis, you can bet teasers in football at 6,6.5 or 7 pts. with the juice typically -110,-120 and -130 respectively. Vegas has all kinds of other teasers and pleasers, but most have ridiculous advantages to the house. But basic strategy 6 pt. teasers, where you cross 3 key numbers as Chus did on eac team, has been shown to be a strategy with minimal house advantage.
I give the guys options to make special bets each week. This week, playing a 6 pt. nfl teaser is an option.

Only Pinnacle and Bookmaker odds please. Heritage is a fine book, but it offers reduced juice of all kinds, is not a market leader like BM and Pinny, and isn't really reflective of "market" rates.
At the moment, you can get CIncy -2, -109 at Pinny or -1.5, -115 at BM. I'll hold your bet pending your decision on which of those you want.

Yeah, sorry I f'd that up. Thanks for being patient. Honestly, trying to clear off my desk before the big Cubs weekend, but I wanted to get a few more bets in to give this pool a try.
