I get that promos are supposed to not feel staid, practiced, stilted, pre-written, what have you.
On the other hand, there should be at least a few minutes spent examining the promos so you don't sound like a stammering jackwagon dope.

Just started watching at the start of the last match. Rage Cara has turned into Cena with how loud he is calling these spots, through a damn mask!!
I'm usually a supporter of the CW guys, but this match has sucked. I can't defend it.
I'll get caught up on the rest later.

They need to do something massive to make me care a little about this match. Because right now, I don't.
They need to do more than murder 12 Indy guys dressed as security.

I know Brock is a freak, but he's looking doughy.
Goldberg looked gassed beating up those guards. Need lots of smoke & mirrors for this PPV match. Worried it'll be like WM 20.
You're right though Peeps, they couldn't touch there.

If one hour of Raw was just airing Emmalina videos, I'd be totally fine with that.
They just showed the nerdiest guy doing the Enzo speech in the crowd. Decked out with two dangling earrings.

Team Raw made Team Smackdown look like schmucks. Not sure I agree with that. I get making Raw look strong on their show, but I didn't like them making Smackdown retreat.

The State of the WWE thing was actually pretty good. Heyman/Renee talked for 10 mins, then Steph/Mick talked briefly before Shane/Bryan came in. This was a mix between shoot with Bryan & Mick and then just staying on track to plug Survivor Series, which Stephanie constantly did. She was steering the ship.
Mick gets way too emotional about everything these days. When asked if he'd like to work with Bryan someday, he went into this deep story about how Stephanie is such a great person.
Bryan got in a mention of TNA when Mick talked about how Bryan was only on SD because he HAD to, while Mick was on Raw because he WANTED to. Bryan said would he rather be wrestling, absolutely, but Mick left being the GM in 2001 and went on to wrestle in TNA because he couldn't stay away from the ring.
Bryan also said how guys like Claudio & Sami Zayn say they want to be on SD. Mick talked about how Sheamus/Cesaro Best of 7 made him cry (ugh).
It all capped off with Shane saying Survivor Series will determine the better brand & somehow transitioned it into how Thanksgiving will be at the McMahon house. Steph ended with a great line saying "well you are moms favorite, but guess what, I'm dads favorite."
Weird, but entertaining 20-25 minutes.

Watching this now. I'm intrigued. I know this isn't going to be great. I don't care. I'm even rooting for Goldberg - and I'm a Lesnar guy. Sick of seeing him win. And yes, a loss to Goldberg doesn't help anyone. I don't care. We all know Lesnar will win but I'm going to be a 5 year old about it.

Yikes. randomone brought that up last night. I didn't see it, but saw the clips tonight. Puffy as hell. Not like when Warrior called Hunter puffy back in the day. Like "Drop In gained ten pounds since starting in July but isn't the size of Brock Lesnar" puffy. |

Also never want to see Stephanie do the New Day thing again.
She's so awful when she tries face stuff. Especially when she says Welcome to Monday Night Raw. The problem though is that even though she used to be great as a heel, it's just too played out. She needs a couple years off at a minimum.
