I never even thought of Foley as GM as good or bad.
For me it was always just "meh".

They way it is presented on Raw, the GM is just Stephy's puppet. So that was always my opinion that he was there to do what she wants. He stands up to her and gets smashed down.
On the other side, DB is presented as a real GM who has power to make matches and such and I think he is a great GM.

I saw what Ryan said and I listened to what the Law guys said and I have a completely different take on the Foley mic stuff. I didn't picture it as a battery dying in a mic or whatever, I pictured it as HHH and/or Stephanie turning Mick's mic on and off and gleefully giggling throughout.
