No, not that Samoan. The guy with Samoa in his name. The Samoa Joe era begins it's one month run in WWE history. What will you remember?
I will be around. I'm kind of jacked for the Gotham finale, so I'll be toggling recordings.

Missed the opening segment ... worth a damn? Not very eventful. Bray was saying Bray things after losing.

I think Bray legit jacked up Reigns with that corner bump.

I think Bray legit jacked up Reigns with that corner bump. Why can't you just admit they're both very skilled workers? (I thought it was maybe a botch though I think the camerawork was actually excellent for a change, only going to the outside corner angle after the supposed impact was heard)

"Live, on Pay-Per-View, at Great Balls of Fire" is a terrible, terrible phrase that should never have been spoken out loud, let alone written.

Just started watching at the top of this hour. Loved it. I don't want to see Joe/Heyman promos for weeks (only so much you can say), but this set the tone for the build immediately.
Now, you do a full MMA inspired build and do video packages hyping these guys training. Show how hungry Joe is for the title, show how Brock will have to train for a "monster" like Joe. MAKE THIS MATCH MEAN SOMETHING!!! Don't just treat it like another guy you feed to Brock.
That said, even Heyman saying with a serious tone "Great Balls of Fire" is fucking ridiculous. I hate that so much. And here we thought December to Dismember was a terrible PPV title (remember that shit?)

Are we going to hear Corey Graves or Cole thank Jerry Lee Lewis for the theme song to Great Balls of Fire and plug his music on iTunes or Spotify? Something about that makes me laugh.
Also I'm sad the hashtag for this show is #WWEGBOF and not #WWEBalls

I'd like to see Cesaro and Sheamus against American Alpha.

I'd like to see anyone against American Alpha actually, but yeah, I'd love that match.
The award for Best Reaction to Pyro goes to TJP. He jumped a mile at the Neville pyro & I thought it was great.
Neville came out saying "I have some unfortunate news..." which immediately made me think they're going backwards with Wade Barrett gimmicks for Neville, changing him from King Neville to Unfortunate News Neville.

"Titus might be crunk, but I'm lit tonight!"
48 year old Michael Cole just said that sentence. In case you needed another reason to hate that son of a bitch.

The Miz segment was solid as hell too. I didn't watch the last hour. I was trying to figure out how much weight Abdullah the Butcher had lost when Miz was kicking the present.

The Miz is the best heel on Raw, hell, the best heel in the company. I call dibs on him dropping the elbow on that present as my gif.
I really don't want to see Miz/Ambrose for the 7th straight month (at least that's what it seems), but Miz makes is damn entertaining.
Crowd tries to be smarky & chant "You Deserve It" but Miz says "That chant would mean a lot more if you didn't do it for every person who won a title." Fucking fantastic!

What if Finn has been laying out Enzo? I actually wouldn't mind it, but honestly why would Finn bother doing that? Unless it's "The Demon" causing him to do it? Which feels silly even typing out.
I do think Balor should be paired with Gallows/Anderson, because at this point, those two are essentially The Ascension of Raw.
I see it being the obvious (lazy) choice, which is Cass. I could see Cass faking that he was laid out & what did Enzo do? He went & found a new partner and won without him. He could hold that against him too.
That women's segment was stupid, but I understood why they did it. It made Alexa look like a smart heel, while making Mickie & Dana look like total goofs. Nia was just there.

When I hear Joe's music, I have a hard time not thinking of the Family Guy cutaway where Stewie got a job playing the tuba behind fat guys as they walked.

That Table for 3 does not look interesting. I've never been a Bruno fan. Haven't been a Randy fan since 2004. Flair will just laugh and nod. I'll still watch.

Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Seth Rollins and THE BIG DOG himself are all guilty of stabbing Bray in the heart with a sword.

They're actually giving Elias Sampson a little run. I like the whole Miz/Ambrose/Elias connection.
