I read a lot of coaches books, philosophies, etc. While I have my teams I root for, I root for people more than logos in sports. P.J. Fleck is one of those guys. If you haven't seen the series "Being P.J. Fleck" on ESPNU or BTN, I highly recommend it if you are interested in how top head coaches think - especially in rebuild situations. I will be rooting for the Gophers quite a bit this season.
