Looks like I don’t need to watch any of this. Not true. Disagree. It was entirely skippable. You can fast forward through both Rumbel matches and get it done in 10 minutes. |

Aside from the few surprises (NXT guys, who I don't think are called up, rather just one offs and the returns of some of the older names) there was nothing special in that Rumble, per usual. The end was the best part, but went on too long.
Women's Rumble was mind numbingly boring if you take out the surprise returns of past names. Half the time women were on the outside of the ring.
Totally understand why the women's Rumble went on last with the Ronda appearance, that's going to be what people are talking about. You can't have her wrestle if she's still shooting a movie. But the Rumble match itself, royally sucked, no pun intended.
The rest of the show was underwhelming at best. Same Brock match, a lackluster RAW tag title, when I thought the SD Tag Titles was picking up, it ended abruptly. The Handicap match was solid in terms of storytelling, but the show is so long it felt like an afterthought really quick.
Don't waste your time on a 4 hour show. Watch a fan made 12 minute recap video on YouTube or WWE YouTube clips, you'll be fine.

And if this indeed ends up being the case, it would've made a whole lot more sense to have Ronda show up on a Raw and start all this stuff with Stephanie as opposed to the Rumble and detracting the attention away from Asuka.
