Papa Roach is terrible. I don't understand how or why people like or listen to their music. I was a fan about fifteen years ago. I didn't even know they were still together. |

Kurt's son underwent successful neck surgery today.
Honestly it's the best thing for him in the long run.
Now have Balor vs Rollins at Mania. Man it went from Ambrose/Rollins (I think) to Jordan/Rollins and now Rollins doesn't have an opponent.

I'm watching the network special from last year's Mania again. Tell me why Taker v Cena is even a thought, let alone happening. I need a pretty damn compelling story. I just don't see the benefit.

I can't tell if this is significant or a formality.
WWE has named George Barrios and Michelle Wilson as co-presidents, the company said Thursday (Feb. 8).
Wilson, formerly chief revenue and marketing officer, and Barrios, formerly chief strategy and financial officer, have also been appointed to the company’s board of directors, according to the WWE.
“The successful transformation of our business model has put us in a position to capitalize on all that the changing global media landscape has to offer,” said WWE chair & CEO Vince McMahon in a statement. “I am confident that our executive management team, led by Michelle and George, will achieve continued success across key strategic initiatives and ensure our long-term growth.”
WWE said it has had four years of record revenue and launched its subscription video-on-demand service (WWE Network) to augment a core business that includes TV programming, such as WWE Raw, and pay-per-events (Wrestlemania).

Was watching Smackdown last night and one of my 4yr old girls says "I like all the girl wrestlers on this show and the other show except for Asuka. OH and that man lady that is super duper big. She's too fat to wrestle the other girls." I must have laughed for 5 minutes straight.

She's been with the company 10 years and I can honestly say I can't name one match of importance she's won.
If she wasn't Snuka's daughter, I think she'd been released years ago. She's almost 40 too.

They're advertising Tits Bella & Cena vs Elias & Bayley at a house show at MSG in March.
I know Bayley & The Drifter are partners for the MMC, but are they going to slowly start turning Bayley? You have to think she'll get booed at this show, right? I know it's not televised, but still.

1. Live events are most of the time boring. There's nothing that separates what you see on TV from what you get at a house show. Talent don't do anything unique to draw people to want to come.
2. If you do decide to go, Live event ticket prices are fucking stupid expensive. There's a tiny section for $15, but the rest is $60 for the seats & $100+ for floor. For a house show? Ridiculous.
3. They've raised prices on merch at live events.. Shirts are $35 there. Also they don't even have most of the wrestlers shirts that are on the show.
Add that all up, you take your kid or family of say 3, floor seats, merch, food, drinks. You're looking close to $400. And that's assuming the father doesn't have a drinking problem & wants to shell out $9 a piece for beers. It'd be more if he did.
