Isn't Kofi heavier than Bryan? I honestly read what he said and just wiki'd it. Bryan is 210 Kofi is 212 Also I listen to every Wrestling Observer Radio and Meltzer never mentioned her being in a major creative role, only that she's been brought in as someone to give a female perspective (to the female storylines) but isn't part of creative at this moment (of course this was about a month ago). Billy Graham is full of shit

SmackDown Tag Team Champion Jimmy Uso just caught a big break in his Detroit, Michigan criminal case after he and his lawyer, John Freeman, landed a deal with prosecutors, according to TMZ.
Instead of facing possible jail time from charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice, Uso is pleading no contest to a charge of interfering with a government employee. He was ordered to pay $450 in fine and the case is now closed.
As noted before, Naomi was driving their car down the wrong way of a one-way street in downtown Detroit back on February 13 when the two were pulled over at 10:22pm that night. Police noted that their 2018 Dodge Journey reeked of alcohol. Police said Naomi told them that she was visiting from out of town and didn't know the streets. Naomi also said that Jimmy was intoxicated. Police said Jimmy pulled Naomi back into the car when they asked her to get out to talk. Police also said they asked Jimmy to stay seated in the car, but that's when he got out, took his shirt off and "squared up" with officers like he wanted to fight. An officer pulled out his Taser and ordered Jimmy to get on the ground, and he did.
Jimmy was then arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. He was taken to the Detroit Detention Center, where he bonded out soon after. WWE issued a statement on the arrest shortly after it came out in the news. They said, "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions." The Usos would win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles from Shane McMahon and The Miz just days later at WWE Elimination Chamber, indicating there was no heat from officials.
Noami, who was never arrested or charged with a crime, later defended her actions to a fan on Twitter. She wrote, "I was NOT ticketed, I was NOT drinking, leaving the lot I was unaware that it exits to a 1 way street (it was dark snow no signs no traffic I was pulled immediately made a mistake and I own it) as for my husband he's more of a man you'll ever be & I'll leave it at that #blocked"

At least he was accountable for his actions. He could have smugly released a statement saying he wouldn't be his mother's child if he was in any part guilty of those actions!!!

Goldust's deal recently expired and he's currently waiting for the 90 day no compete to end.
I assume he's AEW bound in some capacity. It makes sense.

Here's the list of guys added for the Andre Battle Royal. Some interesting omissions. No Hawkins, Ryder, none of Sanity, Mojo Rawley, Colons, Usos, Revival, Black, Ricochet, Nakamura, Rusev, Sheamus, Cesaro, R Truth, Big E, Woods
Braun Strowman Colin Jost & Michael Che of SNL fame Andrade Apollo Crews Titus O'Neil Tyler Breeze Jinder Mahal No Way Jose Bobby Roode Chad Gable Kalisto Gran Metalik Lince Dorado Bo Dallas Curtis Axel Heath Slater Rhyno Viktor Konnor Ali Shelton Benjamin Luke Gallows Karl Anderson Matt Hardy Jeff Hardy Otis Tucker EC3
I assume we're getting Revival vs Ricochet/Black. I don't know why the Hardys came back to be put in this thing. Thought Usos vs Hardys would've been fun. Maybe they do Owens and Zayn vs Usos?
Also here's the women for the female battle royal Asuka Carmella Naomi Lana Mandy Rose Sonya Deville Nikki Cross Dana Brooke Ruby Riott Liv Morgan Sarah Logan Mickie James Zelina Vega
I assume we get a few more to round it to 20. Some NXT girls, maybe a couple women from the past like Michelle Mccool, Molly Holly, etc.

John Oliver's entire show tonight was on WWE. Pretty good. Just watched. Love John Oliver, but he said fans should chant stuff about health care at Mania and they can't do anything about it, it's live. Clearly he hasn't heard of Mute Master Kevin Dunn, who can lower the crowd noise like a son bitch. Thought it was a good segment. Wrestlers should have health care & being called independent contractors remains fucking dumb in WWE. I'll be on the lookout for signs at Mania. I also loved that TL Hopper's picture made it on a TV show in 2019

Yeah as a wrestling fan some of those should've had much better context
Last Week Tonight is great but this one needed more research

Brutus officially in the HOF.
Whatever, we're to the point where they're running out of people.
He was super over in the late 80s but I thought he was a bad wrestler whose career went to shit in WCW.

Here's WWE's corporate response. Which should surprise no one. "John Oliver is clearly a clever and humorous entertainer. However, the subject matter covered in his WWE segment is no laughing matter. Prior to airing, WWE responded to his producers refuting every point in his one-sided presentation. John Oliver simply ignored the facts. The health and wellness of our performers is the single most important aspect of our business, and we have a comprehensive, longstanding Talent Wellness program. We invite John Oliver to attend WrestleMania this Sunday to learn more about our company."

They aren't treated as true independent contractors. I don't thin this needs to be a situation where we nerd out on everything we know about wrestling throughout the segment. This should be brought to light and its bullshit they have gotten away with this for this long. I also think this should give all of us a window into everything these guys do research on. They aren't getting everything 100% right. However they are getting enough right and bringing a problem to the forefront. That's all you can take the show for. We shouldn't be worried about the smallest WWE details he may not have full context on. If we are, we are missing the point.

One final thought on this, I'm interested in how wall street potentially could respond. They really probably don't know enough about this stuff.

Brutus officially in the HOF. Whatever, we're to the point where they're running out of people. He was super over in the late 80s but I thought he was a bad wrestler whose career went to shit in WCW. Greatest example of the gimmick getting the guy over rather than the guy getting the gimmick over. Ed Leslie is completely devoid of talent. Go back and watch anything he did before the barber gimmick, and then go back and watch anything after the parasailing accident in 1990. Vince handed him a lifeline in the form of the barber gimmick and it made him one of the most useless wrestlers to ever become a megastar in the history of the business. Vince and Hogan might as well induct themselves on Beefcake's behalf, since those two are more responsible for Beefcake's stardom than Beefcake himself. I'll go on record and say that this is a worse induction than Koko B. Ware. Koko at least had a shred of talent.

Beefcake's speech should be thanking Hogan for his entire career.
Started because of Hogan, only main event matches he had in WWF were because of Hogan, got hired in WCW because of Hogan.
This speech should be 2-3 minutes tops, but I have a weird feeling he'll be trying for the Hillbilly Jim record
