Music and award shows aren't really my thing. But I remember having a fun thread with this a couple years back.
Miley Cyrus is again fighting wearing a shirt.
Michelle Obama might run for President.
Alicia Keys is too hippy with her voice to host a show.
I hope this keeps me entertained.

Watched some performances.
Lady Gaga has a good voice (I'm ashamed I like that song as much as I do), but she's so spazzy that it makes her so unappealing.
Motown tribute starring J Lo? Fuckin serious? There's no one else? I absolutely can't stand her. Smokey Robinson got a little handsy with her on stage and I'm sure A-Rod was sad watching it.
Post Malone sucks. Chili Peppers were good but should've performed with someone else.
Weirdest thing is, I'm not a country fan, but those songs were the most enjoyable to me simply because they weren't screaming our auto-tuned.
Not enough Anna Kendrick, who I want to marry.

I've never disliked country music. I used to mix it in when I DJ'd. Yes, I did. Good money.
Never been a J'Lo guy. She was working it at damn near fifty. A-Rod is going anti-Sammy Sosa with the spray tan. He acts like he was socialized as a yut by the Hart Family.
Anna Kendrick needs a new something.

What I saw was mostly a pile. Glad I yelled at people about "music not being what it used to be" four hours ago. Haha.

Brandi Carlile had performance of the night. Mainly because she has a good voice, didn't scream, didn't do some kooky weird shit, just went out there and sang.
Less is more for me with these shows, but others don't think that.
I also wish St. Vincent sang by herself instead of with her clone. She's better on her own.

Tonight was definitely more is less. Reminded me why I never watch award shows.
Anna Kendrick is our wonderful nerd girl. Perhaps it's the need to end the high pants on girls trend. Which shouldn't have ever started. But she looks horrible in that commercial that runs every two minutes.
