Idea for how this could go - the 20 guys you would draft to start your organization. Any era for all the reasons KS listed above. At the end we can all laugh at KS picking Mae Young with the first pick. Ultimate fantasy booking then.

I like the build-a-promotion idea. Reminds me a little of TEW wrestling.
I've created my own version of WCW on every wrestling game going all the way back to Smackdown: Bring The Pain. Currently I'm booking on WWE 2K19.
