Women’s TBS Title Tournament will be a 12 woman tournament with 4 first round byes. Dirty Dozen.
I’m happy it’s more than 8, but just make it 16 (or 14 if you want) and not have 4 byes already.
I’d have Jade, Rosa, Statlander & Nyla as the 4 byes. With Tay Conti getting a title shot at Britt at the PPV since she’s the top contender right now. Other ladies round out the Top 5.

I understand why Orange got the win over Hobbs, but damn man, I want to see Hobbs get a big win.

Jade, Rosa, Nyla & Statlander get byes like I thought. A few of these girls shouldn't be in the tournament IMO. This is feud based and not rankings based. I'll list their 2021 records...
Anna Jay (5-2) vs Jamie Hayter (1-3) (winner faces Thunder Rosa)
The Bunny (11-11) vs Red Velvet (26-7) (winner faces Jade Cargill (17-0)
Hikaru Shida (20-3) vs Serena Deeb (7-1) (winner faces Kris Statlander (21-1))
Ruby Soho (4-1) vs Penelope Ford (16-5) (winner faces Nyla Rose (25-10))
People like Abadon (16-1), Big Swole (16-5), Emi Sakura (7-2), Leyla Hirsch (19-5) should be in this tournament over Bunny or Jamie Hayter. Bunny is a proven ratings draw though!

I had heard Andrade vs PAC 2 was better than the first and didn't think it was possible. IT...WAS! Wow.
Then Black showing up, then Cody (who got a big babyface pop)? You have a series of matches you can do between Malakai Black, Andrade, Cody & PAC. All will be awesome!

Trying to figure out who wins the TBS Title. I thought it’d come down to Jade vs Rosa, but they match up in the semis. I wouldn’t mind Rosa vs Ruby in the finals as a callback to Rosa gaining revenge on Ruby for elimination in the battle royal end.
Jade does seem like the top option. I say that because I want Rosa vs Britt for the Women’s Title and Rosa should be the one who uncrowns the doctor.

They just had one of the best striking exchanges I’ve seen ending in Eddie backfisting Bryan right in the face before both collapsed.
Bryan wins with a triangle and driving elbows down at the same time, all while Eddie flipped him off before passing out.

Guys, call me crazy, but I love me some Abadon
Say what you want, but Abadon’s gimmick worked perfect in a match like that. Her rising from the dead got the crowd. The table didn’t break but her Taker sitting up made the crowd quickly forget. Her hand was pouring blood from the spot before it too. I liked the ending with Britt terrified to put on Lockjaw because Abadon was going to bite her hand off.
Thumbtacks might not seem important but it gives Britt flashbacks from the Rosa battle. Still hoping we get that next year maybe.

Dante Martin is a STAR. Great match with Sydal. Sydal made that kid look like a million bucks. Their first match was one of the best matches in Dark history, but this one might’ve beat it. This was fun storytelling that referenced the first two matches. Agree completely, Dante looked like a star, credit to Sydal I wonder where they go with Dante & Lio? Do they turn Dante? Does Darius come back and align with them? Does Lio find someone else (Lee Moriarty?) who listens and we get a tag feud? |

She’s a gimmick that can’t be on weekly, but on a Halloween show, I’m more than fine with it. Still think she should’ve been in the tournament. All she does is squash girls on Dark & Elevation and has little to no competitive matches. You can’t improve just doing 2 minute squashes. |

I wasn't blown away by Britt/Abadon but it did what it was supposed to do. It showed Britt could squeak out a win even when afraid of her opponent.
Abadon's gimmick is limited so she can only be used as a special attraction.
She can't just go in there with that gimmick and have a straight wrestling match with holds and counters, so they have to save her for special occasions.

Umm, Eddie Kingston & CM Punk just had one of the all time greatest in ring talking segments I've ever seen. Go out of your way to watch it. It was real as shit. Match is happening at Full Gear.
Superkliq vs Jurassic Express & Christian - Falls Count Anywhere also added to Full Gear.
Max Caster made a jab at Johnny Ace during his freestyle before Bowens tapped to Bryan in the opener too.

Johnny Hungee held his own with Budge in a solid main event, which, like most wrestling main events (no matter the promotion) couldn't reach another level due to picture/picture.
Very enjoyable Rampage. It remains one of the easiest wrestling programs to watch.
