They did Swerve dirty for most of his title run, but we're gonna get Nigel and Bryan in AEW.

In historic terms, Swerve was the Ultimate Warrior. His title reign was supposed to be big, but he just wound up being a guy with the belt.

Hayter returning on the pre show was great. Glad she’s back. You assume lots of folks were watching Zero Hour, so I get it.

Stokely in Michael Jackson Remember the Time gear was hysterical

Ladder match was your typical car crash and the finish makes sense when knowing what happened at the main event.

Mariah & Toni was fantastic from start to finish. Bravo to both ladies for this entire program. Best women’s match of the night by a mile and also probably Top 3 of the night for me.

Hook/Jericho was whatever. Why Hook needed to fake being blind in a 3 on 1 match and reveal he could see towards the very end was an odd choice, but seeing Taz & Hook have their moment made this all worth it.

Tag Titles was a fun action packed match. Not surprised The Bucks retained. They should’ve. Grizzled Young Vets showing up post match is another team you can add to this division and have new matches with.

Gauntlet was so fucking fun, but the finish was a miss. I don’t give a shit about a potential Killswitch turn anymore. I haven’t for ages, but realize if he loses this Christian partnership, he’s screwed. I don’t care about Christian getting another World Title shot, especially after having one against Swerve.

Nigel coming back to Oasis’ Fuckin in the Bushes got a legit pop from me. Sabre showing up, Ricochet debuting. Orange Cassidy had a Mr Bean entrance video for crying out loud. I loved it.

MJF/Ospreay ended exactly how it should and I loved that it was different than their one hour Dynamite match. So happy Garcia is back, I was worried he was gone for a bit there.

Mercedes & Baker was the worst match of the night. Crowd was exhausted and didn’t care. Didn’t help the match was clunky as shit. They did pop for the Eddie bump and Kamille ejection, but this was a bad match. Ending was really clunky too.

I was surprised how quick Darby & Perry was, but they got off some violent spots. Fuck CM Punk chant after the real glass spot. Perry needed to win here and it was a way Darby didn’t have to take a pin. Sting coming back was a wild pop from the crowd. Glad he made the save.

Main event was an all timer for me. The emotion of the storytelling with Bryan’s family ringside watching him struggle only to be loudly behind their father when he made his comeback. Bryan celebrating with his family post match was wonderful. Also happy the Hangman stuff didn’t lead to the finish, as this feud with Swerve can continue come All Out.

Loved the show. It was long, but the crowd were great most of the night and you have a lot of potential matches for All Out in 2 weeks.

Because the well is dry from anything WCW related, so he keeps his fan base by shitting on AEW (and Meltzer), thus staying in the good graces of the WWE Universe.

For as much as I want him to succeed and for as much as I want him to win, he is such a fucking dope.  Why would you greenlight the real glass spot AND reference Punk again by talking about the locker room?  It is so insanely stupid.  Enjoy your biggest show and all the cool shit you did, not reference someone who doesn't work for you!!  For fucks sake.
