First off, no cribbage. That will be Friday. I'll only mention it next week if we win. So I watched MNF and the Bucks games. The Bucks are deliciously bad and will be getting a top pick. I actually get kind of pissed these days when it looks like they're going to win. They have a glorious 9 game Wiggins streak going on at the moment. Redskins are Raw. Bad. Has anybody ever tracked the number of times that Gruden calls Tirico "Mike" in a telecast? Has to be a good 80-90 times. Easy. Where the hell is chaspoopcup? Am I the only one that misses that crazy bastard? Does Shanahan hit the tanning booth? There's something odd about that cat. My opponent needed 34 points from Robert Griffin tonight. Not sure which pair of heels were more influential in my very early developmental years to me: Mad Dog and Baron, or Blackjack and Duncum. The Super Destroyers were kind of scary.
It would be great if they had segments showing Triple or Steph bossing Big Show around at his house. Like telling him the grass is too long and he has to cut it and stuff like that.
Orton could come by and shit on the lawn and they could tell Big Show to clean up the dog shit and stuff like that.

And heel Orton is better than face Orton, so there's that. This is just a one off deal. Maybe two PPV's. But this isn't a thing. WOW. That's a pretty brutal, impressive beat down by The Shield.
The Rhodes thing has been fun, and the Mysterio thing definitely hasn't, but at least the E had the sense (at least for tonight) to show that fun stops at the door of The Shield.
I am also VERY against a Shield break-up at this time. I don't even want to see it teased.
3/10 Was great to see them pimp out the Shield, but made little sense jobbing the Tag Team Champs and the returning LCW.

I see no benefit to unifying the titles. I thought I could peek back a bit and see a couple comments. I see the next comment after this was Drop In commenting on Strahan, so now I have to stop looking cause that;s as far as I am. But Steely, I feel ya. I don't really see anybody clammoring, yammering for a title unification. Just better booking of the champions you already do have. But this has bullshit written all over it anyways. Even if they ever did unify the belts, it would be for like a month tops. |
