New main event for MSG house show post-TLC Nov 29, 2013 - 3:55:31 AM By James Caldwell, PWTorch assistant editor The main event for WWE's return to Madison Square Garden in New York City has changed once again. The Garden is now listing a Champion vs. Champion match between WWE champion Randy Orton and World Hvt. champion John Cena on the house show scheduled for December 26. The MSG show follows the TLC PPV, where WWE has said "the goal" is to have one Unified WWE champion coming out of the Orton vs. Cena title vs. title match. Also advertised for the show, which is part of WWE's annual Holiday Tour, are the Rhodes Bros. defending the Tag Titles against The Usos and Real Americans in a triple threat match. So much for the One Champion thing.

They make me so mad. (The E)
Monday Raw - Daniel Bryan is carried away by the Wyatts.
Tuesday on WWE.com - They say Daniel Bryan was found in the parking lot and disoriented.
Friday Smackdown - CM Punk says he hasn't heard from Bryan, is worried about him......and then Bray Wyatt says that they have him and will turn him into a monster. Or something like that.
There's just no cohesion.

I wouldn't put it past them for this to be a work.
If they mention it on air and it continues, you know that's what it is.

Who the blank is this guy? I'm following him now. I really hope it's a worked shoot. I don't want the smartest male and female workers being in trouble because they're eh eh'ing.

Betting Update for AJ Lee vs. Natalya at WWE TLC 2013 Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 12.15.2013 Sportsbooks are removing betting on the match... - In light of recent reports of AJ Lee being in trouble with WWE officials due to her behavior toward NBC sports and entertainment personality Michelle Beadle at the Tribute to the Troops event last week in Pierce County, Washington, the betting lines for her match against Natalya at WWE TLC tonight are now off in most outlets. Lee was previously the heavy favorite to win the match against Natalya after "insider betting" was placed on Thursday. At the start of Sunday, Lee was a 4,500-point favorite. Later, she downgraded to a 2,750-point favorite after reports of the incident started to surface. Natalya then moved to a 1,250-point underdog with late money landing on a win. The match was then removed from most sportsbooks entirely. Lee is the third-longest Divas Championship title-holder in WWE history. She's held the title for 182 days as of Sunday, December 15. She follows behind Beth Phoenix (204 days) and Maryse (216 days). Read more at www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/307035/Betting-Update-for-AJ-Lee-vs.-Natalya-at-WWE-TLC-2013.htm#WXpO0CRKWABcc1ob.99

In a big development concerning part-time or returning WWE stars, former WWE star Dave Bautista is being advertised for a "Road to WrestleMania" house show in February in Las Vegas.
The house show is scheduled for Sunday, February 16, which is the Sunday before the Elimination Chamber PPV.
The advertising on the Thomas & Mack Center website reads: Don’t miss your favorite WWE Superstars including: C.M. Punk, The Shield, Big Show, Kane, the WWE Divas, and much more! Plus, see the special return of 'The Animal' Batista, LIVE!"
The arena website is featuring a picture of Batista both on the thumbnail link to the event listing and on the event listing itself.
Based on the timeline, it would appear that Batista will return in January around or at the Royal Rumble, then be integrated into house shows leading up to WrestleMania 30 in April.
Batista left WWE three-and-a-half-years ago following a memorable segment where he "quit" WWE. The former World Hvt. champion said in interviews following his departure that he is not a fan of WWE's PG-TV product, which was the main reason why he has not returned to WWE TV since Spring 2010.

Dave and Hogan both at the rumble?? Interesting. There is a lot of potential brewing but it is all predicated on Cena being captured by the Wyatts and then going full heel.

The Punk-Bryan vs. DX rumors of a WrestleMania match frighten me.
Bryan needs to beat Orton (and by extension HHH) at Mania for the title.
Then you have Punk-Michaels, Taker-Lesnar, Batista-Cena.

What if they get Sting for Wrestlemania™? How would you re-work things then?

If that were the case, I'd put sting with Taker. Then move Lesnar to Batista. I'd have Cena left out of the top matches, but the E would have him take Punk's spot in this scenario and go against HBK.

What if they get Sting for Wrestlemania™? How would you re-work things then? He can't work anyone but Taker. I still don't think it's going to happen. Outside of that, if we're talking about the top twelve full or part workers, I don't care about the match. Taker v Lesnar v Batista v HHH v Punk v Punk v Lesnar v Bryan v Taker v HBK v Batista v Lesnar v Punk v Bryan..................................... If you put a story behind it, you have many guys that could provide almost seven main events. Hell, Hogan in a tag with Cena would make the joint explode. Don't act like you're above it.

I really think they're gonna get Sting. He's seemed to have an awful lot of regret about not doing it the last couple of years.
He's gonna need that money grab going into the future. (Well, he doesn't actually NEED it, I think his net worth is around $9 million)
But the dvds, hall of fame etc...... is just too enticing.
I guess there's some weird principle thing, but it doesn't make you any money never having worked for Vince.
