Mac is a disgrace. Take what ya got, write a book, maybe do a podcast from home, or even charge people $10 or so to be able to enter your man cave - if you'll pardon the expression - but stay the eff of the airwaves.
Enough is enough. Dude needs to take care of himself.
I doubt the mouse takes him back after years of altercations, suspensions, joking about Tom Mees drowning death, and now all of these other demons he's facing.
He needs to get out of this game.
It also doesn't help that ESPN LOVES the NBA, and doesn't care for the NHL in the least.
This is not a good match for Mac.

Mac needs to come back ASAP. But I guess this return would be for the afternoon which would interfere the with The Big Show. But then again, after Packers are done winning the Super Bowl I would die listening to Bucks/Brewers/UW BBall talk.

I think McNeil =better ratings for the station and that has to be Delevitt's #1 priority. The fact that he speaks intelligently to the more interesting team (The Hawks-perhaps the best team in the NHL again this season) a team that more people are currently interested in, rather than the team most people stopped caring about (the Bulls) when Rose went down for the season, is a positive. Great to have someone who can cover the sport people will want to hear about more now. |

Espn is a horrible spot for him to talk hockey. I thought a move to wgn if they in fact go sports would be ideal.
