Lizzie is the older daughter of the guy who Carol had to kill. She was more upset that "Nick" got killed than her dad. She's also the one who's been feeding the walkers.

She'll be back in some capacity, IMO. I would assume she will contact Daryl in the near future, which could also lead to the big group segmenting.
The other thing to consider, is that their time at the prison has to be done soon. They'll be on the move. That could play a part in their interactions with her down the road.
