Naomi is awful in the ring but I like her storyline with Miz. Hopefully it leads to Maryse coming. Back. Coming back. I started 10 minutes ago and I am already at the 55 minute mark. You think Naomi is awful in the ring? Maybe its all relative because I don't think she's that bad. I really do like this Uso storyline. Caught their little 30 minute documentary and like them even more now. Hard not to root for those guys...as much as KS hates them. They also are consistent as hell in the ring. |

Also, really think Rollins has developed into a really good heel. He does everything that JR wants him to do and it does work.

I have no clue what the fuck they are doing with Adam Rose. Are the "Dust Brothers" for that matter. I actually like this roster for the most part. I just can't get invested in hardly any storylines because they don't make any sense.

How many times have Dolph Ziggler and Seth Rollins wrestled on Raw or Smackdown with no actual long term storyline feud? Somehow the writers never know what to do with these guys on shows and default to having them face each other. Very odd. Could be a good collection of ppv matches. I guess the brightside is it usually is the best wrestling of the night.

I guess I don't watch Smackdown too much because I don't even recognize the theme song.
After all my clamoring for longer matches and more wrestling, I hate to do this but maybe an almost 5 minute match with Fandango is not exactly the way to debut Reigns. I'm sure he needs the work and is rusty as hell but perhaps a lot of that could be worked out on house shows. There's still a place for jobber squash matches and this should've been one of those.

I think I pretty much love the Bray/Ambrose stuff. It started totally out of the blue but now that we're way past that, might as well enjoy the heck out of it.
If the Fonz had a bizzaro brother, it would be Ambrose. I miss Happy Days.
Additionally, why does everyone always want to touch wrestlers? I did too. Once. As a yute I thought it'd be a great idea to touch Jerry Blackwell after a match. Sweaty Jerry Blackwell. It was gross beyond belief.

Not gonna lie. Absolutely everything clicked in that segment. Incredible dynamics within teams and between both teams. Would like to see a few more of these matchups. Red Rowan with the impressive move off the top. Sandow continues to be hilarious. Total time of match ended up being 8:36. That really was fun and not the suck kinda fun that JBL or Cole declare unfun things to be.

This whole opening got way too convoluted. There was a point where the Hogan/Rollins interaction was fairly compelling. Then it ran like another pointless 8 minutes just to set up the tag match for later. And of course once Big Show came out the segment was pretty much ruined.
On the flip side, even though they're pushing Reigns further down our throat than anything that's ever been pushed down Melina's throat, I have to say that pitting him against Show is kind of brilliant. Like seriously, who can root for Show over anybody?

Segment 2No Wrestle 5:54 Wrestle 2:08 - Ryback/Kane They skipped Kane's entrance.....which was great but then after Ryback's entrance they gave us another 2 minutes of Ryback/Rusev Raw highlights. There's maybe like 2 people out of 3 million people that watch Smackdown and not Raw. That means that 2,999,998 out of 3,000,000 people already saw what they just showed - which was only 4 fucking days ago. GIVE ME THOSE TWO MINUTES BACK, VINNY MAC. Anyways, good to see Kane get the loss despite the Rusev distraction. Annnnnnnnnd just as I say that Kane still gets to give Ryback 2 chokeslams afterwards.  Drop In may be onto something. Something does look a little off with Lana. Not to mention she is ALWAYS holding the belt over her potential baby bump.
