I had no clue, very happy I stayed off Twitter. Had nothing happened I would've said that was the really only downer match. The only good part about that honestly was DJ Z, then the lights went out & Kong saved it. Made it a great ending to that segment.

If they really want to be different than the WWE, they're not necessarily separating themselves by running a 20 minute promo to open the show. I'll give them a pass though since it's their premier and they have a lot of table setting to do.

Came back from break and the match was already started. Josh said that these two didn't want to wait. I kind of like that. Then again I kind of like matches ending during a commercial as long as it's once in a blue moon. But I also remember most everybody else here hated it.  |

Good match. Joe picks up the win after a ref bump and a kick to the nuts. They gotta watch that ref bump deal. Didn't they just do a ref bump on the other premier.
Afterwards the Beatdown Clan came out and surprisingly, gave Angle a beatdown. Roode made the save.

Now THAT'S how you do it. Come back from commercial, immediately ring the bell, and give the fans a SOLID 10 minute block of awesome wrestling action. Jeff Hardy did some Nil Wallenda shit that I almost can't explain. Basically ran across one whole section of the top rope, jumped off the turnbuckle and onto the Wolves outside the ring.
Hardys won and become #1 contenders for the tag belts held by Revolution.
GREAT segment.
