Sparky has taken more calls in the last hour than the Unit has in the last month!! Maybe we can get Khrush on the show today!! The Unit tried to take calls the other day but Radio Joe shut him down because they had to "stay on schedule". Its Radio Joe that is screwing the Unit with his bad music and rule following. He seems like kind of a square. |

I'm not even a big caller type of guy but sometimes the Unit just gets bogged down. I think Radio Joe was just being the fall guy and they were acting like they couldn't take calls because of the schedule when in actuality NOBODY was calling in!!

Incredible interview by Sparky with Doug Melvin. He's probably the second greatest interviewer now in history behind of course Pappy North.
Doug is very forthcoming. You'd never get this kind of detail from TT.
Said they looked into Kendrys Morales but were concerned that since 2009, Kendrys had never played more than 35 games at first in any season. Noted that to the best of his knowledge, they were the only NL team to inquire about him.

While I was out getting lunch and listening to the Unit, he was screaming at some guy because of the Brewers sale. I don't know what the point was of the whole shouting thing, but Unit told him he was pissed off because he was poor and the Seligs were rich.

I think the dude was opposed to a publicly funded new arena but he was expressing his points very calmly and just having a conversation. But since the Big Baby didn't agree with the dude, he threw a tantrum. Embarrassing. And now he just asked Luc if he was still dressed in his "Ghetto rap gear". Wow. Save me, Drew Olson!! |

I try to give 540 a chance, I really do, but that show is somehow worse than the Big Roid Rage's pitiful show. I'll keep trying to give old Drew chance after chance after chance.
They also go to ESPN national until 3, right?

Yes, from 1-3. Aren't they required to do so many hours of National programming. Drew is really good at baseball, he was the former President of the Baseball Writers Association.
