Just had some slightly outdated egg whites and turkey sausage for lunch. I hope I don't start dropping weight really fast in the next thirty minutes.

Kesha, great to see you stick with this. I've had trips to Miami and Arizona over the course of the last month and have fell off. I have the Shamrock Shuffle race this Sunday. I ran it in just under 41 minutes I believe last year. I don't see any way I beat that number this year. Bah. damn it Update. I finished just 14 seconds slower than last year. I finished 4th in our company.

I have an undying thirst for craft beer. Its a rough vice to have while trying to shed pounds. I only drink 2-3 times a week, but thats plenty to throw things off.

Day 22
Weight 169.1 Body Fat: 21.4% BMI: 23.7 Work-out Warmup + Upper Body 1 training Things are happening, finally. The bigger jean sizes starting to get a little baggy. Gut slightly disappearing....Getting there.. Take 3Day 1(not really, but hopefully day 1 of consistently working out) I've moved up North, near a golf course tennis courts. Less immediate drinky near me. My place is much bigger and better fit for my video workouts. I've got to do this. Weight: 170.3 Body Fat: 22.3% BMI: 24.9 I've got to she the old man Ric Flair 15 pounds in gut and manbreasts.

It's crazy that Flair could have some basic plastic surgery and look like he's ready to go. One of the surgeries would be removing his nipples and placing them one foot higher, but still........

Right, he still has that core muscle. you can see it. The flab is just oo much. Great workout today. Tons of sweating. Also ran a good 5 miles yesterday. Too bad this soccer match is going to require Guinness tonight.

My day consisted of moving chairs 97 times as son/nephew Drop In, and swing pushes, football, tag, HR Derby, and carry children around as Uncle Drop In. Probably an equal amount of sweating and just as sore.

Take 3? I am on take 1. I started a week ago Saturday. I am 10 days in. The plan is to run 20 miles over the course of every 7 days. That entails usually running 4-4.5 miles every other day. Hit the gym twice per week doing a total body super set/ cutting style workout for around 60 minutes. Most importantly is to curb the holiday beer consumption and to stop eating like shit. Day 1 208 lb 25 percent BF Day 10 197 lb 21.4 percent BF Day 8 months 174.8 lb 14-16 percent BF I need to get on the gas to get back up to at least 178.
