I will be flying out the 8th of July and returning the USA July 25th. July 9
| London | Juy 10
| Shannon/Galway | July 11 -12
| Dublin
| July 12 - 15
| Amsterdam
| July 15 - 17
| Brussels/Bruges
| July 17 - 18
| Basel
| July 18 - 20
| Zurich
| July 20 - 21
| Salzburg
| July 21 - 22
| Vienna
| July 22 - 25
| Prague
|
I want to use this thread as a collection of observations, criticisms and general musings. By no means is this a trip just a long party. My friend and his brother and I have already purchased museum passes for various cities so we're are looking to learn and experience the culture as well. We've done a decent job of researching points of interests and such.

As the trip is quickly approaching I'm becoming more and more apprehensive of Ireland. We are renting a car one day to drive from Shannon to Galway. Driving on the wrong side of the road is going to be weird.

None of you should be in any condition to operate a motor vehicle.

We've done a decent job of researching points of interests and such. You are going to love it. Man first San Diego now Europe - #JetSetter I will say this - Zurich is crazy expensive but some cool shit. Do some research on their hidden bunkers before you go. Amsterdam is everything you think it is - and more. My advice: don't blaze up and eat a space cake before you go see the Anne Frank house. Uhhh a friend told me. Heineken tour was cool way back when I did it 17 years ago but probably changed. Heineken from the brewery completely different beer than the swill over here in green bottles. Brussels is cool as shit - tons of bikers. Like old school Mary Poppins bikes. Salzburg is awesome - cool castle and a fun giant chess board you can play in the main square. Vienna is cool too. However if at all possible spend more time in Prague. The absolute coolest city in the fucking world. I spent 2 weeks there and almost didn't leave. The Tyn Cathedral is really cool and all the different cities within the city. Cheap too compared to rest of Europe. And next to Barcelona the absolute hottest women anywhere. Downright ridiculous really so bring some lambskin.

It was fun 20 years ago.
I imagine it is just as fun now.
Take jack's advice and do all the cultural things. Don't just get shitfaced.
Although there will be plenty of time for getting shitfaced too.

Hawg I'm a little bit of loser and have an excel spreadsheet already made for each city with points of interest (museums, churches, points of interests, etc) with a google maps screenshot showing where each lies in the city.

Brussels used to have a fun laser light show every night in the Grande Place. In true Belgian fashion, it will begin when it begins. One night 9:30, next night 10:20, next night 9:40...whatever. The trains run on time tho.
Brugges is worth it. See it once and check it off your list. Good place to take a boat ride through the old city.
I will be interested to learn if young Dutch still walk around with "cigars" in their front pocket all day. Stop, take a toke, put it out and relight x times a day.
Van Gogh museum better than Anne Frank house, but maybe that's just me.

So I have no idea how to get from London airport to downtown when I arrive in 7 hours. Right now the Tube employees are striking.

Bring IMU with you, pay for another seat that his gay hatchback can sit in, and you're all good. Except for the being with IMU part.
