Way too young. The whole "I'm not telling you anything, you didn't already know" Devils Advocate gimmick I thought was cool, but they did nothing with it after weeks of odd/interesting promos. Still don't know why he was put with Roddy Piper, I'll never forget that.
He had a sweet looking Swanton in WCW. He & Palumbo, for being thrown out there as rookies, did a good job I thought, especially at a time when WCW was shit.

Christian has been cleared to work for a long time. The feeling is that he’s too fragile because he keeps getting hurt and the mentality from the company is that he’s done as a wrestler. Right now there’s no spot for him on the roster. He’s ready to wrestle now but for whatever reason WWE has chosen not to use him. Fandango has been off WWE TV for several weeks. He’s been on the house shows. Dave Meltzer suggested that it’s probably because the company is no longer into the character. News from WrestlingObserver.com was used in this post. Rumored Bray Wyatt Feud
According to F4WOnline, a feud between Bray Wyatt and Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler could be in the works. Ziggler will face The Miz at Night of Champions, and it’s possible we could see something with Wyatt after that. Wyatt, who doesn’t have a match at the pay-per-view, could be booked in some kind of angle at the show to build to his next feud. Bray’s steel cage match with Chris Jericho on Monday Night RAW was considered to be the end of their feud.
Why can't they treat certain characters as special and not just another guy?
Fuck.

Bray’s steel cage match with Chris Jericho on Monday Night RAW was considered to be the end of their feud. So yeah, that's some booking for you. Bray/Jericho went for 2 months, then was off for a few weeks, then out of nowhere had a cage match on a miscellaneous Raw. Now Jericho is facing Orton at the PPV and Bray doesn't have a match.

AND WYATT WON THE MATCH/FEUD!! Yet it's Jericho vs Orton at the PPV? Makes absolutely no sense. You know Orton will lay him out to write him off TV. I really enjoy watching Jericho, the more matches the better, but why couldn't they have just laid him out on RAW?
I'm sure the Ziggler/Wyatt matches will be fine & having Dolph work with someone new will be good. But what happens, he drops the title? Does nothing for Wyatt. Will it lead to Wyatt/Sheamus to unify the titles, then have Wyatt win & have the title taken more seriously? I don't even think WWE knows what to do wIth him.
Not having Wyatt, one of your top heels (or was), not even on a mid level PPV, just odd/shitty.

Yeah I'm perplexed why they didn't just have the Wyatt/Jericho cage match at Night of Champions. Perfect opportunity really with it being the rubber match and all. Bray should've destroyed Jericho, absolutely destroyed, writing him off TV for a good long while.
Now I suppose we're gonna get punty Randy instead.

Report: Warner Bros. Studios in Talks to Acquire Entire WWE Tape Library Nick Paglino September 11, 2014
According to TheWrap.com, WWE is looking to transition away from its vast tape library.
While both Warner Bros. and WWE declined to comment on the story, the report notes two sources close to Warner Bros. have noted the studio is in talks to acquire the entire WWE library, which includes television shows, PPV events, and house shows dating back to the 1950′s.
WWE has about 150,000 hours of footage in its tape library, which is currently being held by Cinedigm. The Wrap report notes a source close to Cinedigm informed them there is currently no end date for WWE’s deal with Cinedigm, however the WWE Network hasn’t received enough monthly subscribers to make up for WWE’s lost pay-per-view orders.

UPDATED x2: Warner Bros. In Talks To Buy Full WWE Tape Library Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 09.12.2014 Some clarity provided... UPDATE x2: During their conference call last month, Cinedigm confirmed that they will be parting ways with WWE, noting WWE underperformed expectations. They stated the following during that call… Through that process for instance, WWE will leave us to the end of this year as they did not accept a renewal proposal that allowed us to earn an acceptable return. This was an easy decision for us as WWE has underperformed expectations and is at best a lower volume breakeven customer. This will be addition by subtraction. Credit: Seeking Alpha UPDATE: The Wrap has edited their article, and have now removed all mention of Cinedigm. The Wrap said that Cinedigm owns the library, but WWE is the one that owns its own library, which includes over 150,000 hours of footage. Cinedigm is merely the distributor of WWE DVD releases but it doesn't actually own the content. According to a WWE source, WB is only trying to take over distribution rights. NXT talent Sami Zayn, Tyler Breeze and NXT Champion Adrian Neville have been scheduled to appear at this Monday's 9/15 WWE RAW in Lafayette, Louisiana & this Tuesday's 9/16 WWE Smackdown TV tapings in Biloxi, Mississippi according to a report by Mike Johnson. It is said that more talent from NXT have been scheduled to appear at WWE TV tapings over the course of the next several weeks as well. It is unknown as of this writing what the NXT talent will be used for on WWE TV.

I like adding NXT matches (a match a show) to RAW & Smackdown. They have the time, it'll cut out some (not all) of the bullshit time wasters & it'll introduce the crowd to them if they haven't been watching NXT. That being said, it'll be interesting to see how they promote guys to the main roster in doing that. Maybe have a disgruntled main roster guy say they don't belong here & start a feud that way? Maybe have a team like The Ascension lay out an established team to start a feud?
I dig the possibilities. Give them time to cut a promo or something though, instead of just tossing them out to the crowd for no reason. Mainly meaning I just want to see a Tyler Breeze promo on RAW or Smackdown.

Backstage Update on Vince’s Determination to Book Cena Strong
As we reported a few weeks ago, it was Vince McMahon’s idea to have John Cena run through the Wyatt Family at the end of Raw, as he wanted Cena to bounce back strong from his loss to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.
According to PWInsider.com, Vince has been “drilling” into the creative team the idea that WWE needs to prove to Cena fans he is not a lost cause as a result of the one-sided loss to Lesnar.
There were several WWE officials who were against the idea of Cena being booked so strongly, and specifically felt the idea of Cena dominating the Wyatts was a bad idea, but Vince refused to change his mind.
The business has passed Vince by. I am more comfortable when HHH takes over than I have ever been.

Corey Graves, a WWE NXT developmental wrestler, remains under a deal with the company and is working at the Performance Center in Orlando. However, his career as a wrestler could be over due to multiple concussions. WWE is keeping Graves out of the ring right now.

That really sucks. I know some didn't care for him, but I liked the character & his matches. Hopefully they keep him as a trainer.

The first time I saw that dude, I thought he has "it" as JR would say. It sounds like he has a some side projects that will keep him earning.

WWE Raw Rating Slips Against Monday Night Football Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 09.16.2014
The third hour suffered badly...
- Last night's episode of WWE Raw scored its lowest viewership since May. The show drew 3.83 million viewers and a 1.33 rating in the 18 - 49 demographic. Those numbers are down 4% and 7% respectively from last week. The last time the viewership was this low came back on May 26th, when the show did 3.6 million viewers. However, the demo rating (which is what matters to advertisers) was even with the demo rating from two weeks ago.
The show did hours of 3.9 million, 3.95 million and 3.63 million viewers. That's compared to 3.98 million, 4.16 million and 3.81 million last week, suggesting that the show started off pretty solidly but predictably fell in the second and third hours. As previously reported, WWE tried to bolster their second hour with the John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar segment and it worked to some degree, bringing that hour's viewership and demo rating up. The final hour was the lowest viewership since the December 23rd, 2013 episode but WWE was probably expecting that.
The household rating will be available later.

What is WWE Meaning When They Say “Next Generation?” Josh Isenberg September 20, 2014 WWE has been teasing on their website about the “Next Generation” for Monday’s WWE Raw. PWinsider.com is reporting that it will most likely deal with some sort of invasion angle with NXT Champion Adrian Neville, Fergal Devitt, Kevin Steen, Hideo Itami and Sami Zayn. Speculation Regarding What the “Next Generation” Raw Tease Might Be and What it Likely Will Not Be Nick Paglino September 20, 2014 According to PWInsider.com, WWE teasing the “Next Generation” on Raw Monday night will likely have nothing to do with any type of invasion angle involving NXT stars Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Hideo Itami, Kevin Steen and Fergal Devitt. Although WWE has been calling that group the next generation as of late, the tease will more likely have something to do with WWE 2k15 and either the gameplay for next-gen consoles, or the announcement of the NXT stars having a bigger role in the game. It should be noted, however, that Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Tyler Breeze and The Ascension are all confirmed for Raw Monday night. I think the second piece is more likely to be true but it's funny how the same info on the same website is being portrayed 2 different ways.
