Kill The Messenger is a pretty dang good movie about the Iran-Contra scandal. Wouldn't have minded it getting even more detailed and going for another hour or so.

Just saw Captain America Civil War with my oldest. That was awesome. SpiderMan and AntMan stole the movie. Black Panther was pretty awesome as well. Was refreshing to see a superhero admit he was wrong. A little creepy that Cap is making the moves on the niece of the woman he loved right after her funeral. Look forward to seeing it again in a few weeks.

When the last Blockbuster in my town closed a few years ago, they had pretty much all their DVDs in little paper cases & were selling them for I think $.50/$1. So I bought a shit ton of them (like close around 75-80 as they had individual discs of seasons on sale too (so I have some seasons of shows missing, anyway). I forgot where I had put the big stack of them & found them tonight.
Popped in MacGruber. Haven't seen it in a few years, but dammit that's such a funny movie.
Watch it if you haven't. |

Turned on the Jimmy Fallon movie Fever Pitch. Look at the top right corner. 1/2 the crowd in the Fenway shot are dummies dressed as people. It's so fucking creepy.

Since I usually only rip on bad movies in this thread like Super Troopers and Good Burger, I thought I should let you know when I like a movie and that happened last night. Draft Day. I doubt it won any Oscars but it worked for me. Loved it.

Watched a WWE Studios produced movie the other night, Term Life, and surprisingly rather enjoyed it. Didn't notice any wrestlers in it.
Watched Fracture tonight and thought it was terrific. Wouldn't have minded another 1/2 hour or so of storytelling but still terrific nonetheless.
