I watched "Everybody wants some" last night. Really cool period piece & look into early 80's college baseball life. nothing like dazed & confused though....this was from 1 perspective...where D&C was from numerous different people's perspective.

Everybody Wants Some was in my Top 10 movies from last year. I thought it was fantastic.
Also just watched My Blind Brother today. It was really funny & kind of dark. It had 3 of my favorite comedic actors in it (Adam Scott, Nick Kroll & Jenny Slate). If you want a solid comedy to laugh at, it's 90 minutes, so I recommend it.

Did they happen to play the awesome Van Halen song of the same title in that movie?

Passengers was next level awful. Sure Jennifer Lawrence is hot, but damn this movie is terrible.

PCU still holds up. But like Idiocracy, it's become a drama.

Watched Office Christmas Party last night. Don't think there's ever been a movie filled with so many people I find funny that I was so let down by. I laughed like 3 times.
Incredibly disappointed.

Watching Independence Day II. This is a horrible mistake.

I mean, this wasn't Godfather II. But what were the big issues with the new Independence Day? I wish I saw it in the theater now.

I'm gonna DVR "The Night Before" and if it's as bad as I'm almost certain it'll be......I'm blaming all of you.

I've seen a ton of bad movies like Super Troopers and the dumb Burger movie or whatever it was but "Superstar" may be the worst thing I've ever seen. Not just movies but just generally the worst thing I've ever seen in my life.

Are you saying that you like Superstar? No. That you watched it in the first place.

Superstar was a funny SNL sketch, but not all funny SNL sketches should be made into movies. That character is fine in 5-7 minute skits, not 90 minutes.
The Night Before was funny, not as funny as I had hoped, but I didn't hate it. Cast was funny. Of course it's a X-Mas movie, so I don't know how that'd play watching it in July, but that's just me.

Yeah, I was watching holiday episodes of Sopranos yesterday. Thanksgiving and Christmas seem foreign in July.

The trailer for a movie called 9/11 came out today starring......Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg & Gina Gershon.
Um, yeah. Needless to say, that'll be a hard pass.

Spiderman Homecoming was terrific. Well paced, funny moments, good nods to the rest of the Marvel Universe, and the kid playing Peter Parker is perfect.

Solid movie. Not what I expected, which is weird because it's not new.

Baywatch could be one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
Only good part is Alexandra Daddario in her swimsuit.
That's it.

Just read this....
http://instagram.com/p/Ba9bgMNHQt7
Because Tyrese is such a key player in the Fast & Furious franchise? Tyrese is butt hurt that The Rock & Statham are doing a spin off movie which delayed production of Fast 9. Unless there's something major that I'm missing, this dude should be happy he's even in this franchise.
I used to think these movies were awful, but as they've gone on, they are so ridiculous they've become awesome. They fill the "I want to watch a movie where shit gets blown up a bunch" role.
