I'll get this thread going with something I don't think I've ever done. 100% agree with something Dave Meltzer said. This is audio of he & Bryan Alvarez talking about the disaster that was the Divas segments last night.
They had mentioned something about Paige going off on Twitter about it, but deleted the tweet, so I looked up what the Divas had to say about the Brooklyn crowd. They weren't happy.
Brie Bella posted this on Instagram... So proud of my Foxy @thefoxxyone but the Brooklyn crowd can kiss my ass! ?❤️? #wwe #raw #teambella #divarevolution
Nikki Bella posted this on her Instagram... #TeamBella rises! Oh and WWE Brooklyn shame on you for disrespecting women that put their bodies on the line for your entertainment. As for the ones that supported us, THANK YOU! You make it worth working so hard and having this revolution! #FearlessNikki #BellaArmy #TeamBella #BrieMode #FoxyBella #DivasRevolution
Then there's Paige's deleted tweet.... "You helped us create change and then did your best to disrespect. Niceeeee jobbbbbbbb!"
I completely get that the fans have dickish tendencies, but it's not the fans fault for falling asleep during it. You bore them during your God awful in ring segment (somewhat saved by The Miz) before the actual match even begins? You've lost them already! Add to that it's the 2nd most amped crowd of the year, of course you're going to get The Wave, Blue Pants chants, We Want Sasha chants, etc. Tits Bella said flat out that wins & losses don't matter (which led essentially by all accounts to another tag match.....that doesn't matter).

Put out shit segments and get shitted on. You're a performer. It's your ass on the line and not the writer. You want to talk about taking a stand and revolting. Make us give a shit about you. The divas revolution is dying way too quick.

The divas revolution is dying way too quick. I understand the theory that any great performer can get the crowd back. But these girls are being booked to fail. They can't just say "fuck it" and go into business for themselves. Buried even deeper.

– PWInsider reports that WWE officials finalized the idea of Sting vs. Seth Rollins for Night of Champions just a few days before SummerSlam. The site reports that the idea was first suggested about a week ago, and were brought up since the original plans to use Sting at SummerSlam weren’t utilized.
The report adds that Sting was inside the statue box backstage for the final segment of Raw and that it was brought out on a forklift during a commercial break. As such, Sting didn’t come up through the bottom of the ring the way they’ve brought people in at other times.

I saw a screencap & even that was too much for me. It's heartbreaking & awful.
I don't want this to lead to a huge debate (I prefer to keep this thread about bitching about the WWE product), but seriously, what is it going to take to make any fucking changes in gun laws?

Poor Bo, but in a sense, good for Bo, it's more than he's been given a chance to do for the past year.
I get Ziggler/Rusev will still be going on, Owens/Cesaro too, but seriously, Orton/Sheamus will still be a thing after the next PPV? C'mon.

I've re-watched that opening to Raw about 10 times now. Everybody played their part to perfection. Heyman's facial expressions after Bo Dallas' music hit are priceless. Bo and Brock are perfect in their roles as well. In fact, I'm now a huge Bo Dallas fan. I bolieve.

This is the most impressed by Michael Cole I've been since the Cole-Mine days. He relatively kept a pretty straight face during this.
Oh & New Day is amazing, but you knew that already.

I'm totally OK with Sting vs Rollins. Hope we get New Day vs Dudley's as well for NOC. Raw was pretty good this week except for a few segments. The new Wyatt family member looks like a legit beast, way better than Rowan.

Not sure if they would do Day/Duds already. It'll be interesting to see how they handle that. I suppose PTP has to get their rematch at some point. Maybe it'll be a 3 way. I could see the PTP losing in that scenario.

I wonder if Cena will take this PPV off? It'd make sense for the Authority to "screw him out of a rematch with Rollins" and have him potentially just interfere or something in the Sting/Rollins match.
Or they could have Rollins defend the US title against Cesaro earlier in the night, Cena comes out & costs him the US title, then we get Sting/Rollins for the World title. That way they don't have to have Rollins with 2 titles & Cesaro and Owens have a title to work with.
Just spitballing

Sorry Kays. There is no pleasure or enjoyment in watching him take sick finishers from elite studs like rollins and no sell the shit out of them.

I feel/felt like you do oftentimes but what I constantly remind myself of these days is that Cena isn't the booker. That's all Vince/Dunn or whoever. I think our frustration is misplaced.

– Sarah Stock, who worked as Sarita in TNA, announced today on CMLL Informa that she is finishing up with CMLL as of next month. The September 18th anniversary show will be her last date, and she said she is leaving to explore other opportunities.
The news has led to rumors that she is headed to WWE. Stock has worked as a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center several times over the past year, most recently in June. She also appeared as part of Tyler Breeze’s entrance at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable in May.
