I could see HHH winning. He would somehow win and take the title from Reigns but not put it on himself but rather set up some match for Fastlane for the title and then he would face Reigns at Mania and lose of course.

Speeps that's way too clever & makes too much sense for WWE to go that way. We're more likely to get Brock saying "I challenge the big one." & the match with Strowman is set.
Trips wins the Rumble (last eliminating Reigns, who just finishes eliminating Brock)
Brock eliminates the Wyatts during the match
Trips makes a match between Brock & Reigns at Fastlane to determine who goes on to Mania.
Wyatts cost Brock that match.
We get Brock vs Wyatts & Reigns vs Trips.

The Rock won his first three WWF titles in November, January & February (98-99). So I wouldn't put it past them.
Don't see it happening though. If the Rumble has the title on the line, I see the Fastlane PPV setting up a #1 Contendership match of some sort.
End game is Reigns holding the title high at the end of Mania, just a matter of how they get there.

Reigns has had the title they have been forcing him to have. I don't want to see him with it again after Mania. I am fine with the fans booing him out of the building if he wins the belt at Mania. He should face HHH in a non-title grudge match.

After many rumors and offers from Vivid Entertainment, TMZ reports that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has signed on for an adult film. TMZ reports that Sunny and Vivid boss Steve Hirsch recently came to an agreement and while Vivid has already started airing a teaser, Sunny will be shooting new footage for the final release. The project will be titled, “Sunny Side Up: In Through the Backdoor.” Tammy told TMZ that Vivid offered her something “much, much higher” than the original $100,000 offer. On a related note, Sunny said she is taking her WWE Hall of Fame ring down from eBay. The problem with Sunny is (well, everything) she's really overweight, has a voice like Kathleen Turner (what an old fucking reference I just made) & looks nothing like she did even in her WCW days where she started gaining weight. You can take as many dumb selfies of your giant boobs, doesn't mean your gut & thunder thighs just miraculously disappears.
Bet WWE loves that her twitter handle has WWEHOF in the title.
