Roddy vs. EY: Think Young gets the win.
Tyler Bate vs. Pete Dunne: Dunne wins the title and tosses the Progress title in the trash.
Authors of Pain vs. DIY: DIY finally get the win. Wouldn't be mad if they lose as AOP have grown on me.
Asuka vs. Nikki Cross vs. Ruby Riot: Asuka retains and loses the match to Ember Moon at Takeover Summerslam.
Itami vs. GLORIOUS Champion: Bobby Roode retains. It'll be awesome if Itami doesn't get to hit the GTS.

Roddy (think with the videos they've been showing on Roddy, they allow this to build him up a little, maybe be the next challenger for Roode?)
Dunne (think this will be MOTN, these two will tear the house down)
DIY (allows AOP to lose without being pinned)
Asuka (Riot/Cross are still feuding with each other, Asuka vs Ember is where Asuka finally loses)
Roode (Happy that Itami is healthy, but no way is he World Champ level)
All the champs retained last Takeover too, so hopefully they change things up.
Watching the pre-show, both Charly & Nigel have called him Taylor Bates 3 times total. Rosenberg said he's so excited for Jinder/Orton tomorrow. As if you needed another reason to dislike that dope?

Why are none of us at this event? I almost did a fire drill this morning with you and a couple others. Last row second deck at Allstate would be fine for this show. But I have to put in a full day tomorrow at my Aunt's house. |

Not to go Jim Cornette here, but to totally go Jim Cornette here - I really don't pay attention to this product much (other than Roode) but I love the way they position the event and matches as legit. It instantly makes me care. I just don't get that feel from WWE. I've enjoyed this PPV so far.

Dunne (think this will be MOTN, these two will tear the house down) Never been so happy to be right. That was one hell of a match. The Bruiserweight & Tyler certainly didn't disappoint. Nigel & JR were great on commentary too, with Nigel being the one as the lead it seemed.

Thought the women's match got better as it went on. I thought Ruby & Nikki were solid & got in enough offense.
I'm oddly attracted to Nikki Cross. Not sure what that says about me.
