I just heard an amazing comment on my DVR'd MLB Network Hot Stove. Three true outcomes of a puppy. Play, eat, poop.

1 month update upon adoption of puppy.
We had our first vet issue 2 weeks ago. Being a puppy she is kinda dumb. She wants to taste/lick EVERYTHING. She starting crapping out black logs so we took her in. Intestinal bleeding due to some small foreign objects scraping her intestines. He eventually pooped them out but it set us back $1,200 from all the x-rays/ultrasound/medication. Lesson learned. Put puppy in a bubble.
Last week during a routine check up I learned she had worms/parasites. Giardia likely from licking dog poop or dog park water and also rabbit parasites from somehow finding and licking rabbit shit. I guess it's not big deal with pups. It happens.
After learning her name and "sit" it's now onto teaching her to kick awful habits. She still loves chewing on shoelaces and pant legs. She also has this innate desire to dig/hide her favorite toys. Still a WIP. Oy.
