This stuff is written for Dave, randomone and anyone else that knows every wrestle/fed/etc around the world. Its written for that group and presented for that group. By the way, I'm not even saying that's bad. It's not for me personally, but it's probably awesome for that group. But that's kind of what the indies do to an extent. The problem is this is a national television product. Its not the right market fit for the audience I'm assuming they would like to draw.

Eric is still bitter that he didn’t get a job with AEW after his appearance and Tony didn’t take his advice. Ever since, he’s done nothing but shit on them, whilst having a WWE Legends deal and, oh would you look at that, appearing on NXT tomorrow night.
Should AEW storylines be more engaging? Absolutely. Should Tony expand his booking committee to be more than himself? No shit. But saying the company (which is fast approaching more episodes than Nitro by early next year) is a lost cause? Fuck off.
Eric feeds on the AEW (and also Dave we’ve been over that) detractors because he knows that’s how his bread is buttered these days. No one gives a shit about him babbling about 83 Weeks anymore.

It's really amazing how briefly Nitro was on TV when you think about it. Only about 5 1/2 years.

I wish more people saw Bischoff for the carny that he is.

If AEW is gone, what will Eric do then?
Rip apart WWE? Nah.

There's some legit criticisms of AEW.
Bischoff is over the top, but I think he's partly angry about how he is judged by history for losing money when that is routinely ignored when people discuss AEW.

Losing money or not, the criticism should be for putting on a shit product, of which both guys have been guilty. I don't understand why fans get caught up in the debates about profitability. None of us work for Bischoff or Tony Khan, so who the fuck cares? When the WWE was at the height of their suck between 2017 and 2022, the fanboys couldn't wait to tell you how profitable WWE was, like I give a fuck about that. I just want the TV shows to not suck.

I think it's because of guys like Meltzer talking about how Bischoff "bankrupted" WCW that he focuses on the financials. I don't care about AEW's profitability if Tony and Shad don't.

If this group isn't into wrestling enough to follow the product it's not a good product.

Juice Robinson may have a broken foot, and his status for the remainder of the AEW Continental Classic is unclear.
Robinson lost his first round-robin match to Will Ospreay on AEW Collision last week. The match was taped on Wednesday, and Robinson was later spotted this weekend at WrestleCade on crutches. Our own Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez addressed his injury on last night’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.
“He had X-Rays and he had not had the results back as of yesterday, but he was fearing a broken foot. We’ll find out Wednesday, I guess,” Meltzer said.
Robinson is entered into the tournament’s Gold League and still has round-robin matches against Ricochet, Brody King, Claudio Castagnoli, and Darby Allin remaining.
“I would think that if he’s out (of the tournament), they would have to make an announcement,” Meltzer continued. “And there’s a bunch of different ways they can go about it. They can just have him forfeit the rest of his matches and then readjust everything for the people that he was going to beat.”
“They could do that, they could put somebody in as a replacement. Those are basically your choices,” he added.
Robinson doesn’t have a match announced for Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite in Fishers, Indiana. Brody King vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Shelton Benjamin vs. Kyle Fletcher are advertised for the show.

I definitely don't like the forfeit route so I'd replace Juice with any of the following:
Jay Lethal Jeff Jarrett The Butcher

Whoever it is will presumably take 4 more pins, maybe 3 with a fluke win as a spoiler.
Jarrett would honestly be a fun choice.
Former Bullet Club member if we’re getting super technical, too.

Well, nevermind, it’s Komander taking his place.
So like I said, he’ll take 4 more pins or play spoiler for 1
Komander is great, but it’s not like he’s won many matches to “deserve” the spot of a replacement.

It ultimately doesn't really matter, but at least Kommander should be different.

Darby vs Komander Ricochet vs Komander
Those should be wildly fun.
Claudio & Brody will toss him around like crazy. That’s the ones left he has to face, I’d have him upset Claudio thanks to Darby or something.
