It'll have a bit of everything.
Bucks and Lucha Bros will be flippy and choreographed.
Omega and Jericho will be hard hitting.
Cody and Dustin will be old school.
The women will be women's indy wrestling.

Completely agree with Peeps
Best Friends vs Angelico & Evans will be high flying mixed with comedy.
Battle Royal is a different spin on it with the cards drawn & suits separating each group. Makes it more unique. And there's an actual major prize on the line, a shot at the future AEW World Title.
Kip Sabien vs Sammy Guevara should be wild and yes flippy
SCU vs CIMA, T-Hawk and the other dude from China whose name escapes me should be fun & fast paced
The ladies Japan 6 woman tag with Aja Kong should be ok

Double or Nothing is one thing, but how about a weekly show with flippy-floppy stuff all the time? That will get old real quick.

A weekly one hour TV show will be fine I think. You can keep guys from being overexposed.

That's why NXT is such a good show. One hour goes by very quickly and you're left wanting more. It also becomes a treat to see certain people on the show, because you won't see them every week. That used to be the idea back in the day. Hopefully AEW understands this.
I remember when TNA first got their Spike deal in '05 when Impact was a one-hour show. All I kept reading was, "We need two hours bro. We can't fully capitalize on my shitty writing till we get two hours bro." Why? Just make the one hour you have as entertaining as possible and people will keep watching.

The hype for AEW is sooooo real. I typed in AEW earlier today in the Twitter search field, then hit the Latest tab and the tweets have been nonstop all day long. This is going to be a thing.

I definitely thought the press conference / weigh-in was awfully clunky but at the same time that's kind of the beauty of it. It's COMPLETELY different from the overly exhaustive scripted nature of everything that WWE does.

I've been so caught up in Best of Super Juniors (as it's been that & GOT that I've watched honestly) that it almost took away some of my excitement a little for this show. But I've been watching the BTE's and am super pumped.

I have big decisions to make tomorrow night. Double or Nothing and the beloved Milwaukee Bucks are on at the same time. Not sure I'll see DON Live but I will be buying and recording it for sure.

I want this to succeed so badly. I'm completely disenfranchised with the WWE. (Not that I ever really liked them all that much in the first place)
I want so bad for it to be:
1. Mostly unscripted
2. "Sports" oriented
3. Give me about 5 to 6 different styles of wrestling
4. Don't offend me with kiddie crap
5. Or freight train murders like TNA
6. Long term booking
7. Fresh faces but perhaps some familiar faces as well (I.E. Moxley, Punk)
8. LOVE the Pg-14 designation
9. LOVE the Malenko signing
10. LOVE the Khan's & TNT
11. Love the inclusiveness (LGBTQ)
12. LOVE the possibility (tho no certainty) of them working with other promotions
13. Love the possibility (again no certainty of wrestlers becoming full time employees or perhaps at some point getting insurance etc...)
14. LOVE that we can say "WRESTLING" again
15. LOVE that the Greatest of All-Time, Chris Jericho is involved
16. LOVE that the weekly show will be on Tuesdays
17. LOVE the less is more approach at this point
