WWE has announced "preliminary draft pools" for the two nights of this year's draft.
The draft will begin on tomorrow's SmackDown and then conclude on Monday's Raw. The draft pools are a list of wrestlers who are eligible to be selected on each night.
The pools are:
Night one (October 11 episode of SmackDown) -- Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch Roman Reigns The O.C. (United States Champion AJ Styles, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson) "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt Drew McIntyre Randy Orton Sasha Banks Ricochet Braun Strowman Bobby Lashley Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross Lacey Evans The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) Natalya The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) Lucha House Party (Kalisto, Gran Metalik & Lince Dorado) Cesaro Kevin Owens Humberto Carrillo Akira Tozawa Sin Cara Eric Young EC3 Chad Gable Heath Slater Drew Gulak The B-Team (Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel) Tamina
Night two (October 14 episode of Raw) -- Universal Champion Seth Rollins WWE Champion Brock Lesnar SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair Titus O’Neil Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura (with Sami Zayn) Aleister Black The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E & Xavier Woods) Daniel Bryan Bayley Luke Harper Erick Rowan The Miz Ali King Corbin Elias Raw Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode Samoa Joe WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) Rusev Cedric Alexander Rey Mysterio R-Truth Carmella AOP (Akam & Rezar) Heavy Machinery (Tucker & Otis) Apollo Crews Andrade Liv Morgan Jinder Mahal Buddy Murphy Mojo Rawley No Way Jose Dana Brooke Shelton Benjamin Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce) Sarah Logan Fire & Desire (Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville) Drake Maverick
The wrestlers in the first pool are eligible to be drafted by Raw or SmackDown on night one, and the wrestlers in the second pool are eligible to be drafted by Raw or SmackDown on night two.
The rules for the draft and the list of FOX/NBC Universal personalities who will be appearing were also revealed today. Due to Raw being a three-hour show, the brand will pick 41 wrestlers in the draft. SmackDown will select 30 wrestlers. Tag teams will count as one pick "unless FOX or USA Network specifically wants to pick only one Superstar from the team."
WWE noted that "any undrafted Superstars will immediately be declared free agents and able to sign with the brand of their choosing."
Rollins vs. Reigns will open tomorrow's SmackDown, with Rollins representing Raw and Reigns representing SmackDown. The stipulation for the match is that Raw will get the first overall pick in the draft if Rollins wins, and SmackDown will get the first pick if Reigns wins.

Interesting that out of all the 205 Live guys, only Gulak, Tozawa & Carillo are listed.
Makes my guess of Gulak being drafted 2 days ago a reality. I like it, Gulak is awesome.
Titus O'Neil and The Usos aren't listed.
Ruby Riott & Ember Moon too, but they're injured.

No Ascension or Colons either. Which I think WWE has forgotten either team works for them at this point.

I'll never watch a second of the Saudi shows, but do a 3 match deal like you did with Goldberg with Brock & Cain
No contest at Saudi Interaction/Brawl at the Rumble Match at Mania

The rumors continue on CM Punk possibly working with WWE once again.
Those rumors were fueled this week after most of the merchandise was removed from Punk's Pro Wrestling Tees store. There is just one t-shirt left for purchase on the site, a "CM PUNK SUCKS" shirt going for $19.99.
It's believed that Punk has the merchandise pulled from PWT, but that hasn't been confirmed. The merchandise sold through PWT are owned by the wrestlers or promotions that they are for. Punk had more than 35 items on the website at one point.
As we've noted, Punk recently had a tryout with Fox Sports for the weekly WWE Backstage studio show that premieres on FS1 at 11pm ET on Tuesday, November 5 with hosts Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. That audition reportedly went well and since then there have been rumors on Punk possibly being affiliated with WWE once again. If Punk were to join the WWE Backstage crew, he would be an employee of FOX, not WWE. However, most people close to the situation believe that a WWE Backstage gig would eventually lead to a WWE ring return for the former WWE Champion. It was reported earlier this month by @fightoracle that Punk signing on to work as a commentator on WWE Backstage was a "done deal" but that has not been confirmed.

WWE announced the following:
Night 1 of the WWE Draft is in the books, but the picks are far from over.
Raw and SmackDown continued their selections, with Apollo Crews among SmackDown’s draft picks, while Raw’s choices included EC3.
SmackDown also added former NXT Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak, Heath Slater and Tamina, and added to its Tag Team division with The B-Team.
Additional picks for Raw included Eric Young and Sin Cara.
Night 1 of the WWE Draft was highlighted by the red brand’s selection of Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch first overall, while SmackDown took Roman Reigns with its first pick.
The Man will kick off Night 2 of the draft on Raw when she takes on Sasha Banks — who was selected by SmackDown on Friday — with Monday night’s first selection on the line.
Additional WWE Draft picks Apollo Crews — SmackDown Drew Gulak — SmackDown EC3 — Raw Eric Young — Raw Heath Slater — SmackDown Sin Cara — Raw Tamina — SmackDown The B-Team — SmackDown

Man, poor Gulak. If Heyman had been behind him he could've been a solid mid level guy on RAW. 3 hours would've given him potentially an opportunity.
There's a solid chance Bischoff has never even heard of him. 2 hour show, he'll barely get TV time.
He's too great of a wrestler/promo to be wasted like an Apollo Crews (who isn't a good promo, but you know what I mean).

Good grief.....
As previously noted, WWE.com's initial post of the 2019 Draft pools for RAW and Smackdown possibly spoiled the outcome of Monday's RAW Draft results. The Draft moves announced on Smackdown ended up being revealed almost exactly in order as it was listed on WWE's website.
Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com commented on what happened:
“The person who gave the website the lists … the website people were told to put these names up in alphabetical order. That’s what they were told. Somehow, alphabetical order got forgotten and they put the list up as they were and that’s why it ended up the way it did.”
There were already some changes made right away after the results were "leaked" on WWE's website. For instance, Heavy Machinery were part of the RAW pool yet were drafted to Smackdown this past Friday night. The current speculation is that WWE will make additional draft changes due to the mistake.

Not seeing the Usos in that pic. Maybe I'm forgetting something about them. Is one of them hurt?

I think they're taking a little siesta from WWE due to all of the issues. Naomi's off the road too.

Usos will be back before that dumb show (maybe tonight). Unless the one gets popped again (maybe tonight).
Again I must say, poor Ascension & Colons. Fairly sure all are healthy and the one time of year (Survivor Series season) where they get used, they can't even make it into a shitty little gauntlet.
Easiest paychecks ever sure, but still.

Especially since he just resigned in June. He's not gonna get to work anywhere for a while I think.

Can't say I blame him. Dude wants to wrestle and he hasn't really been able to since getting hired.
He always lost whenever he was on TV, never did anything on 205 Live, then for the past 6 months he was stuck in the cuck storyline with Maria.
Wonder where he goes? ROH to re-team with Taven? Not sure how he'd fair as a single in New Japan. Maybe he'll go back to Impact? I honestly wouldn't mind seeing him in AEW, but their roster is pretty loaded at the moment. NWA maybe?
Good thing is, if you want to wrestle & have a name, there's options.

I'd like to see Mike go to either Impact or ROH since I don't watch either of those shows.

Probably. But if the five-year thing was correct, why keep them around? They'll probably give him a six-month punishment.

Word is WWE won't be granting Kanellis his release. So he's either going to be forced to sit out...5 years??? Or they're going to continue to have him be a constant geek on TV (whenever he's on TV).
Last house show he was on was October of last year. So he's not even getting house show dates to work.
On one hand I feel for the guy, he's 34 and wants to wrestle, something he's not been able to do aside from maybe some 205 Live matches. The other hand, he shouldn't have signed a 5 YEAR DEAL a few months ago. Not like they were doing something with him to make him think that'd be a great idea.
Then again Maria is having another baby soon and getting to be with your family in that regard might've played a big role in him signing a new deal, which, you can't blame him if that's the case.

I don't know why they wouldn't just grant him the release. (Well I do know because they're petty and all that) but I certainly don't view Mike as any sort of game changer.

Did you view Cody as a game changer when he left?
