Raw could be a really good show under Paul Heyman's influence.
Smackdown could be a really bad show under Eric Bischoff's influence.

I must say that I like these moves. Can't really get much worse than it's been as of late so I see it as a win/win.

Next big move should be Vince stepping down and Hunter taking over.
Heyman and Bischoff report direct to him. Maybe Bruce too.

Only negative thing about this news? The brand split will continue.

Only negative thing about this news? The brand split will continue. Disagree. There's plenty of talent for a brand split. WWE hasn't been able to get 95% of them over for the last ten years. You could argue more. It gives more people opportunity and reduces their weekly exposure.

Only negative thing about this news? The brand split will continue. However, if this change means that both shows will truly become separate and distinctive from each other (as was originally intended in 2002), it will be a good thing.

I don't listen to 83 Weeks weekly like some of you do, but does Eric follow the current product? Or does he just get bits & pieces?
If so, not sure it's a smart idea to put a guy in charge (sort of) of a show creatively for a show heading to FOX in mere months. Especially one who hasn't done something like that in almost 20 years (not counting TNA, which i should, but still).
Heyman is a different story. He's part of the product, he helps some talent with promos, I have nothing but confidence in Paul in that regard. Bischoff, not so much.
But hey, it's different.

Bischoff seems to understand the need to present the shows differently. If he works with some of the NXT creative guys and concentrates on production it could work really well.

Politically, Fox & Bischoff is a match made in heaven.

I still think his story about when he was in the hotel room butt naked and was skidding across the bed like a dog........ was much, much worse.

How long before Bischoff gets "Me Too'd" for coming to work all boned up from Blue Chews?

Didn't Dreamer also do a bucket gimmick in WWE where people were doing disgusting things in the bucket and Dreamer was drinking it? I'm pretty sure I remember that sort of.

He drank Takers spit post tobacco. Then Taker beat him up after he puked. Yeah...shocked that gimmick didn't stick for Tommay

Gallows & Anderson signed 5 year deals with significant pay raises.
They previously turned down $500,000 so this is said to be much higher.
Happy they're getting paid, but I hope this pairing with AJ sticks for more than a few months and aren't back to running after the 24/7 title or playing doctors (remember that shit?)

Bischoff supposedly not going to be involved with creative on Smackdown after all. He'll be "in charge" but not have a voice in creative.
Weird.
