Luckily I don't follow anyone that would drop spoilers, but I'm definitely avoiding certain areas of the interwebs after hearing about the leak.

I've only seen references to it from a couple of writers I follow.
They're rabid fans so they weren't happy with people posting them on their timelines.
People do indeed suck.

Dude, this is scary. I was literally thinking the same thing. First time I watched GOT where I said "no, cut away" during the nude scenes. It has to do wonders for her self-esteem that MANY will be posting this on the internet. |

Did not live up to expectations. Hard to see most of the fighting, the dragon scenes were dumb and impossible to see what was going on, and no way Arya gets that kill. That is Jon's kill, it is his war. That episode was really a hot mess.

Watching the writers stuff after the credits made it worse.
They had Arya be the one to kill the Night King just to subvert expectations.
I was joking with the Russo comment but I guess that was closer to the truth than I knew.
I think watching the episode again will make me like it less than I did initially.

I get why people are popping for the moment, but it doesn't make sense. At all. The show hasn't made much narrative sense for 3 seasons. At least not sense in terms of what we know (and expect) from the books. It's it's own thing now. |
