If Scott Hall had to go in as Razor Ramon then Kevin Nash has to go in as Disel or Oz right?

According to Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com, there is said to a certain amount of unhappiness with WWE main roster talents regarding the NXT roster, specifically the quarterly live specials, and the talent given the opportunity to wrestle great matches. Main roster talents are unhappy that they’re limited to short, throw away matches on Raw and Smackdown, particularly where the Divas are concerned.
Dave Meltzer had the following to say regarding the report:
“So story is accurate but it’s inherent. It was the same thing in the OVW days, well not exactly the same, but similar. I get DMs from people on the main roster always after those specials. It’s a common frustration. The top NXT performers are frustrated they aren’t on the main roster making money. Then they will get more frustrated when they realize their dream.WWE guys are frustrated they aren’t having the matches guys in NXT are when they know if they can perform before 400 fans in longer matches they can tear the house down.”

That can be seen as sour-grapes but I get the sentiment.
Most of the midcard guys were indy darlings at one point and they feel they can have the same type of matches but they're lost on Raw. It'll be interesting if some of those guys start requesting to go to NXT and be protected rather than stay on Raw and be an afterthought.

The Solution? Strike.
I know they're not Union, but you can't tell me if they got a couple big hitters like Cena... well I guess really just Cena... to support the cause and actually walk out, Vince would be gone within the week and HHH could step in and fix it.

Isn't cena pretty much throttling Vince's hog at all times? If everyone did it then I could see it working. The Union would help with pay, medical, travel and working conditions and such but I am not sure it would change the booking.

It would be a lot cooler if that was really him. Playing the "hacked" card is ingenious. You can right whatever you want and just say you were hacked.

I'd 100% prefer Jon Stewart vs Rollins than what we'll likely get in Orton vs Rollins at Mania.
Sad that Stewart didn't slam Davenport, that would've been awesome.

- It looks like CM Punk will need to get his amazing lawyer ready because he is currently facing a $1 million defamation lawsuit. The Cook County Record reports that WWE in-house physician, Dr. Chris Amann, has filed a lawsuit against former WWE Superstars CM Punk and Colt Cabana after comments made on Colt Cabana’s Art of Wrestling Podcast last November.
Amann says his reputation has suffered as a result of the comments made by Punk. He is reportedly seeking more than $1 million in compensatory damages and an undetermined amount in punitive damages. Cabana is also included in the complaint for helping Punk “falsely depict” Amann.
Amann claims that Punk (real name Phillip Brooks) and Cabana (real name Scott Colton) “knowingly fabricated the false and disparaging statements” about him and that both men knew their comments would be heard by third parties.
In the complaint, Amann also says the statements made by Punk and Cabana “are highly offensive in that they accuse [him] of a gross lack of integrity as a medical doctor, an inability to perform his professional duties as a medical doctor, and in placing the financial interest of his employer above life-threatening health conditions of his patients.”
Phillip J. Zisook and Brian D. Saucier of Deutscy, Levy & Engel out of Chicago, Illinois are representing Amann.

- Randy Orton has been promoted for TV events since November but still hasn’t made his return to TV. He has been pulled from all TV ads on WWE.com through Wrestlemania. He is still being advertised for live events before Wrestlemania but has been pulled for ads for the WWE overseas tour immediately following Mania. Orton was written off of TV on November so he could star in The Condemned 2. He has appeared at a handful of live events since then.
- According to pwinsider.com, there have been plans to break up Goldust and Stardust to set up a WrestleMania singles bout for some time. Once source says that there has been talk of moving Goldust into a producer’s role following WrestleMania. The match with Stardust would be a way to write out Goldust and to also give Stardust some momentum as a singles performer. The two are set to face off at Fastlane, at this time it is not known if this will be a one off or if this will play into the WrestleMania build.

Punk better hope he has medical records to prove he did have a staph infection.

Interesting comments at the bottom about Charlotte/Sasha. - This Sunday at WWE Fast Lane, Paige will challenge Nikki Bella for the Divas Championship. To promote the match and event, the 22-year-old spoke to International Business Times about her first year in WWE, her fellow Divas, NXT and more. Paige offered her thoughts on potentially holding the Divas Championship at her first WrestleMania. “It’ll be my first WrestleMania. I think it would blow my mind just because this whole year has been absolutely incredible for me, so to make more history and become a three-time WWE Divas champion would be absolutely incredible. And then to take it into WrestleMania would be the cherry on top. So if I could do that, it would be my dream come true, basically,” Paige said. Paige discussed how her character has evolved since her WWE debut and why she keeps it fresh. “I like to keep changing and evolving character-wise, so it’s always nice to change it up. When I first came up I was like “Oh man, I can’t be this little, prissy babyface,” so it was kind of weird. And then turning heel was a blessing. I love it. I love being the bad guy. And I still get to act the same, but they cheer me now, so I like that. It kind of reminds me of Stone Cold, in that he could kind of keep his character and he could be either a heel or babyface, and that’s kind of what I’m trying to do right now. So I was a heel, and now I’m basically a heel that gets cheered,” said Paige. Paige offered her thoughts on NXT Diva Charlotte, who may be promoted to the main WWE roster in the near future. “The Anti-Diva” feels Charlotte should spend more time in developmental, whereas NXT Divas Champion Sasha Banks is ready to go. “She’s good. She’s still new, so I feel like at one point people want to see her, but they’re kind of rushing it,” said Paige. “I think she could do with some more time, but I still think Sasha Banks is the one that I personally want to come up and who I think is completely ready and the full package, boxed up and ready to go. I feel like she’d be absolutely perfect up here. Charlotte is good, but (needs) some more time.” Read more: www.pwmania.com/paige-says-shes-still-a-heel-charlotte-needs-to-spend-more-time-in-nxt-talks-wrestlemania-more#ixzz3SJoRAOlm

I actually 100% agree with her. Charlotte has improved so much in the ring, some might forget, she doesn't really have a character. Sasha can wrestle incredibly well, can do promos & has her Boss character. That's pretty much all the checklist right there. Charlotte can wrestle, but I don't know how she is on promos & other than a brief heel run (which Sasha was the talker), she hasn't done much in the way of character development.
Then again I will agree with anything Paige says.

I don't think so. How can he prove it? The judge probably wouldn't know wtf a podcast is. It was told in the manner of a story of two guys shooting the shit - not going to people at Titan Towers and saying this. I would be surprised if this even makes it to court.

I think if Punk has documentation about having his staph infection treated in Miami then he's fine.
If not, and Amman can prove his business suffered after the podcast then yeah Punk is in trouble.

That is really hard to prove though. But that explains why he was on TV this week talking about Sami Zayne's concussion

It's true that it is hard to prove and after reading what was said he is kind of a bitch.
"In regards to Colton, who left the WWE in 2009 and hosts the weekly podcast that features interviews with professional wrestlers, the suit alleges he helped Brooks falsely depict Amann as a lazy and bad doctor by urging listeners to “hear the struggle” in what Brooks was saying so they could understand why he retired."
Douche.

I don't think there's a chance this lawsuit exists if Dr. Robitussin doesn't have a case.

The lawsuit really surprises me. I would have to think that this can/will open a rather large can of worms into the practices of this doctor and the practices of the WWE. Can't quite believe Vince would want that.

Its just so hard to prove - does this guy have a working practice outside of his WWE gig that could potentially be impacted? I mean if he does, how many people that go to him listen to a wrestling podcast and then would be swayed by it to no longer keep him as their physician? Its crazy and I really don't see how to prove it outside of paying some shmozz to be a plant and work the judge. Also, this opens the door for past workers to come forward against this guy - whether its legit or not. No way Vince lets this get far.

Part of my reasoning Punk could be in trouble is because of the WWE side. Why would they do, or allow, this without a solid base? Why would you want the world looking at your medical track record? Lawsuits bring discovery. Why would WWE want to expose themselves?
