– It was originally believed that Paul Heyman may have been part of the booking for Summerslam, due to the MMA feel. However, The Wrestling Observer (via Wrestlezone) said that Heyman was not behind the finish, but it was instead borrowed from another finish. The original plan was changed to what happened on Sunday but Heyman didn’t give the idea.
– The Undertaker is not expected to return to WWE TV until it’s time to build to Wrestlemania 32.

According to Pwinsider.com (via wrestlezone.com), here are the latest details on the return of the Dudley Boyz to the WWE. The team is back full time with WWE, and they will be working TV and live events going forward. It hasn’t been confirmed at this time, but the speculation is that the team has signed a multi-year deal with WWE.
As for their return last night, they were hidden from everyone at Raw until right before they made their return. Only the top officials knew that they would be returning, and the team already has merchandise available.

Sting vs. Seth Rollins is set for Night of Champions and will be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. There is currently some confusion about what will happen with the United States Championship. Vince McMahon has not signed off on Rollins defending the US title yet, even if it was previously reported that Rollins would wrestle twice to defend both belts.

According to Pwinsider.com, WWE added another commercial break to the west coast feed for Raw last night during the six woman match. Once Paige backed Nikki into the corner, they cut to a commercial abruptly. This was the point where the crowd was getting heavily into the chanting and doing the wave.
The site adds that WWE wanted a “WrestleMania-like atmosphere at SummerSlam,” and with that comes the good and the bad. This was the bad, similar to the New York crowd after WrestleMania 29.

– It was previously reported that WWE might sign 33-year-old Japanese wrestling legend Kanna, as she was in attendance at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. The news was actually reported by Japanese website Enuhito, who claimed that the signing happened weeks ago. She was not part of the WWE tryout at Sumo Hall the last time WWE was in Japan, but they did previously look at her.
One way to tell that she may have been signed is that WWE spells her name as Kanna, but she goes by Kana.
