Have Harper/Rowan attack a team (Matadores) before they get to the Chamber & lock themselves in a pod, then have them win the titles. Give Wyatt the IC title with help from The Family.
If Rusev has to be out an extended period of time, just have Ziggler feud with Wyatt over the title, hell have Wyatt starting messing with Lana to keep her involved. Barrett/Neville/Dallas could continue. Then put Sheamus with Ryback & let them beat the piss out of each other.

– It looks as if Kevin Owens is set to replace Rusev while the latter is out injured. PWInsider reports that Owens is advertised for all Raw taping through the end of July. This includes the Raw dark match main event for June 8th, which is John Cena, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Kane, and Owens.
The July 15th Raw taping, and all tapings until the end of July, has the same six-man tag match advertised but with Big Show instead of Kane. Owens is also advertised for several house shows and Battleground in July, although he is not (yet) advertised for Money in the Bank.
Rusev’s next advertised TV appearance is the Raw taping on August 3rd in San Jose, though he is also set for some house shows in July.

According to f4wonline.com, Kevin Owens has signed a main roster contract with the WWE. He has also been informed that he will be making the transition from the NXT brand to the main roster quickly. He is booked for all Raws going forward and will be scheduled for the main roster house shows soon. The plan is for him to remain an NXT character for the next couple of months since he is the champion so that they can book a smooth exit for the character.

And from watching all the Weekend Escapades, it couldn't happen to more of a deserving person either. Dude has busted his ass. As much as I want him to stay in NXT, it's great to see him get promoted. Truly hope they don't fuck this up.
Who will get the title in NXT then? Even if/when Zayn comes back & debuts on the main roster, their rivalry will still be there & can be picked up at any time (much like Rollins/Ambrose), I wonder if someone like Balor gets it, since he has a title shot he won last show. I know Joe is the guy feuding with Owens now, but with the uniqueness of his contract being able to work other places, would they put the title on him?

Finn Balor is most likely.
Then he continues his feud with Breeze until Itami comes back...and tells the world that it was Balor who injured him!

I was thinking that exact thing. It'd be a great spin on it & you'd have a huge heel in Balor. With Owens out, they need a heel. Breeze can absolutely fill that void until Itami is back & they could do the reveal it was Balor all along.
Only thing that might hold them back is just how popular Balor is. Then again, it's developmental, this is where they can play with ideas. Not to mention the fans will more than likely cheer him still anyway.
Balor vs Joe. It's going to happen I'm sure & it'll be awesome.
Sorta wish Joe was exclusively part of NXT though. Part of me worries what happens if he gets hurt (knock on wood) wrestling some Indy show & can't do anything in WWE for a while.

As we previously reported, WWE may be working toward a Stephen Amell vs Stardust feud. Now, consider the source before you fully believe it, but Hollywood Life reports that the match will go down at this year’s Summerslam.
A source said: “Steven is looking to get in the ring for the WWE and the match looks like it will take place at SummerSlam in NYC. The WWE and Stephen are deciding if he should wrestle as himself or Arrow, in the next few weeks that will be answered but what can be answered now is that he will definitely have a match against WWE Superstar Stardust.”
Amell has wanted to guest host RAW for some time now and even expressed an interest in wrestling. When he tweeted that he would be at RAW this past Monday, Stardust took exception and the two traded tweets.

1. I don't see that happening. Dude is a celebrity (I don't watch the show, but the main character on a hit show, possibly getting hurt?) Didn't Maria Menounos have cracked ribs at Mania? 2. If it does happen, no fucking way Stardust beats this guy. I know enough to know this is a huge show, so bringing him in to lose just wont happen. Not to mention Stardust jobs to Truth on Raw now. Cody deserves so much better. 3. That being said, it would be the highest profile match for Cody in ages.
Dude should be fully cemented into the IC picture, but isn't. Shame.

Finn Balor is most likely. Then he continues his feud with Breeze until Itami comes back...and tells the world that it was Balor who injured him! The moment when Balor as champion is standing in the ring, and Heido comes out and reveals it was Balor all along is going to be a great NXT moment. Heel turn as champion in front of the fans and I'm sure Balor will look confused at first and then slowly grin.

I've hear rumours that when AJ Style's contract from NJPW is up they want to offer him the Joe deal. AJ on NXT would be awesome...but with that said they would need the Young Bucks too.

Instead of everybody going to the E/NXT, I'd just as soon see everyone stay/go to ROH. The E is loaded. Almost too loaded for their own good as witnessed by their shitty booking (except for NXT)

– WWE has major main roster plans in place for Finn Balor, according to Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com.
As of this writing, it’s unknown when the NXT standout will receive a main roster promotion, or exactly what WWE has in store for Balor, but they do have big plans for in on the main roster.

Tommaso Ciampa, who last worked for Ring of Honor against Jay Lethal back in March, will be part of the WWE tryouts at the Performance Center later this month.
As we mentioned previously on the site, Biff Busick, Chuck Taylor and Drew Gulak are all scheduled to be part of the tryout camp, while another name scheduled is former MMA fighter turned wrestler Matt Riddle.

No idea where to put this......
It is with deep sadness to announce that Tommy Rogers of The Fantastics tag team passed away earlier this morning in his home in Honolulu, Hawaii aged 54. Rogers, who teamed with Bobby Fulton as The Fantastics, were best known for their feuds with The Midnight Express and The Sheepherders (later known as The Bushwhackers) during the 1980’s.
While the cause of his death is still pending, Rogers was found by his roommate at approximately 3am this morning in front of his computer gurgling. The roommate called 911, however Rogers was unable to be revived. Rogers was said to be in good spirits in recent days, even though he was scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow regarding a fight with police officers and feared a long-term prison sentence.

1. That's awesome Ciampa, Busick, Chuckie T & Gulak are all getting tryouts. Chuck has put on some muscle, but still, size might work against him, then again they've hired smaller guys before. Charisma & in ring ability should get Chuck hired alone. He's one of my favorites. Busick & Gulak I really only recently started to appreciate. Finally Ciampa would be a great add as well. Any of them get hired, it'll only be a plus for NXT.
2. Terrible news about Rogers. I only saw matches with The Midnight Express online & sadly the only time I saw The Fantastics on TV was on a one off on Nitro.

A trusted insider tells PWTorch columnist Sean Radican that Samoa Joe has signed a full time contract with WWE. His merchandise sales were so off-the-charts impressive, Vince McMahon and Triple H pushed to get him signed to a full time deal right away. Obviously, he impressed everyone at the latest NXT TV tapings, also. He will fulfill his scheduled indy dates, but otherwise will be worked into the WWE schedule full time, either starting in NXT or shifting quickly to the WWE main roster. Check back for more details.
