It's time to get back into this. Since I can't find my DDP Yoda DVDs I looked online and he has this whole online gimmick now - looks really good. Anyone sign up for it yet? I mean $75 for a year seems like a no brainer. I'm doing it within the next week. CIJ has already started. Just subscribed - full year. I have to admit, I am quite shocked at how slick his website is and easy to use. Already off to a good start!

As far as I know, he's put a ton of the profits of the company into the infrastructure. Looking forward to it.

Just finished the first workout. Feels really good to stretch and engage some of those muscles again.

Just finished the first workout. Feels really good to stretch and engage some of those muscles again. That's awesome! All I did was crawl around on a yoga mat for fifteen minutes like an injured sea otter. I want to start extending my back and stretching for a couple days. Had some injury issues towards the end of my last fitness run.

Had some injury issues towards the end of my last fitness run. Ease back into it for sure. That's why I like these workouts, completely modifiable to your own fitness level.

Awesome! Started Week 3 - already see difference. Going from drinking 5 or 6 nights a week to 1 night a week has helped significantly as well.

Life advice I gave around my birthday last year. Holds up.
"Be grateful on a daily basis for what you have, leave Illinois in February, start working out five days a week immediately, playing Spice Girls or Hanson at a dive bar can be awesome and horrible at the same time, and never stop learning."

Who wants to do a DDPY league similar to FFB? We don't need twelve people. I'd shoot for six to eight. Buy-in TBD. It would be based on time invested, percentage lost, etc. Anyone of any size would be on equal footing. If we have interest, I'll start putting the rules together. Thoughts?

21-Day Boot Camp starts tomorrow. Signed up last Wednesday. Saw all the pictures from Starrcast II. Well, that and a physical activity during the event that should have been easy, but I thought I was going to literally fall over.
