I liked the episode.
Pope seems a little different than Negan/Governor villains of the past, and I still want to see the Commonwealth stuff.

Good episode this week. Don't really understand what happened at Commonwealth with them getting in trouble for using the radio, but I'm sure it'll get fleshed out.
Alexandria falling apart is sad, and I was hoping Judith would kill the shitbag kid.

Another decent episode.
Darryl is in some trouble I think. No real trouble since he's in a spinoff, but show trouble.
That house with the crawling people and deaf girl and guy who tried to kill Michonne was a solid set as well. Different.

How many episodes are left in the series (part 2 picks up in February, right?)?
Pretty predictable 1/2 finale. Once that bald dude got whacked, I knew homegirl was taking over and Daryl was fucked. The show always needs a villain.
If this series is going to end soon, bunch of people need to die then. You can't end the series (I know Carol & Daryl are getting their spin off) with all these folks just surviving.

So it came back last night. I was so happy this was the second half of the final season because it’s finally going to be over and we can Old Yeller this son bitch. But then I find out it’s part 2 of 3?? How long is this going to last?
I mean I’m happy they’re continuing the Maggie/Negan stuff but fuckin hell.
I’m supposed to apparently care about who the heck Alden is/was?

I forgot most everything from part 1 finale. Had no idea what was going on.
Maggie is a stone cold killer now I guess.
And the Commonwealth is gonna be fighting against Alexandria? Weird.
I just don't care about specifics. But I'll watch just to watch.

Yeah I've said this for feels like years on here, but I've put all this time into the series, there's no reason to bail (when many have) when it's this close to ending.
If they think I'm devoting time into spinoffs and movies after this, they're out of their fucking minds.

Shockingly good episode I thought. Commonwealth is by far the most interesting location they've had since whatever the Governor's town was.
The leader's idiot kid is kind of a repeat of Alexandria's original leader's kid, and I really hope Mei isn't using Judith for some bad purpose. I just want that kid to have a friend.

I’m so trained for 99.9% of everyone new to be assholes that I would’ve strangely liked the entire episode to not have that ending. For a show that drags everything out to a mind numbing end at times, this would’ve been a case I would’ve liked it to be.
Give these guys 60 minutes of hope, despite us knowing the Commonwealth are corrupt.
Sebastian as the asshole son is as played out of storyline as a heel Authority figure in wrestling.

It was better than most recent episodes but I still think just OK. Are there really that many people in the Commonwealth that they are going to have labor issues and such a stratified society? And Daryl in the stormtrooper outfit just doesn't look right. He isn't one to conform like that.

Daryl has changed. The kids matter to him now. Its really interesting to see where they go with the politics and class warfare.

What a stupid fucking episode. I’d rather sit through a live 3 hour RAW than another hour of whatever that was. Can’t believe this was the best show on TV at one point. It’s a shell of its former self. I still like some of the characters but couldn’t care less about most of the others.

Also the dude said “Hornsby, you mother puss bucket!”
That’s worse than Die Hard’s dubbed for TV “yippee ki yay melon farmer”.

This. I got caught up and now feel lost. What did Maggie "see" that made her say no? And the whole Eugene thing is eyeroll inducing. I am guessing Hornsby is the one riling up the "resistance" and the area of that house Rosita found is part of it. But why? Yes the governor is a twat and he obviously hates/fears her, but we don't know why.

I kept looking at the scroll to see how much time was left.
This series is puttering to a finish.

I dig Max, though. Maybe she'll get nekkid. The rest of it is boring. Dont care about Hornsby, Milton, or whoever.

For flying fuck sake there’s another group?
How are there more people alive after a zombie apocalypse than before?

Agreed on how the fuck is there another "new" community. But more importantly, you have Michael Biehn as their leader and then just off him? WTAF?!!?! Also in addition to new communities within a horse ride from a 50k person city like the Commonwealth, how are there so many Walkers still around? it has been 12 years and the whole landscape has been combed over numerous times, why are there still any left at this point?

So the Commonwealth is in southern Ohio, right? I don't know that the complex was a short ride away. Probably not as far as Alexandria or Oceanside.

Did they say Southern Ohio? I missed that. Where did Neegan leave Maggie? It can't be too far from that group they were fighting with Daryl's girlfriend.

I thought they said it a few weeks ago. I also kind of wish they held off showing the heel turn of The Commonwealth.
