I've definitely found myself more focused, and my appetite reduced. Both outstanding things. The sleep has been a mixed bag. I've been regularly waking up in the middle of the night for almost ten years. So I might not be the best example. But two nights since I started, I've slept the entire night. Very rare. But a couple nights I've been more restless. I'm giving this at least one month, and I would suggest anyone at least try it out. I am as skeptical as they come. In the 3 days since I started this I have not had to take my heartburn medicine once. I was on 3 pills a day previously. I don't get hungry during the day and feel full after smaller portions. I have cut my daily coffee intake in half. I slept through the night last night for the first time in years. Years. I realize this is an incredibly small sample size and it is all anecdotal evidence, but I am going to keep doing this for the next two weeks and see what else happens.

But I wouldn't take something on the advice of one doctor. I researched the shit out of this product. After starting Webio, I went on to the apple vinegar. The main reason I currently believe it isn't mainstream is because of the taste. It can't be deep fried in chocolate sauce, and it's not a pill with a Flinstone character. If it could be marketed, it would be everywhere.

Doctor KS has a nice ring to it. 99 out of 100 malpractice attorneys say Doctor KS has a nice ring to it.

Next up we have MyFitnessPal. It's an app that tracks your daily food intake. I've been using it for portions of the last two years. It's outstanding and easy to use. It really shows what your food choices are doing to you or for you. After you get past the calorie and fat measurements, it shows your intake of things like sodium, vitamins, etc. I discovered part of my problem was sodium consumption.
At the very least, it can show some "Eat this Not That" ideas. Highly recommended trying it out. It's free by the way.

Also, it's not a full shot. It's supposed to be two tablespoons, which we've modified to 3/4 of a shot.
